  Hola recomiendo este hotel

  Muy buena ubicación para restaurante y compras y acceso fácil a las autopistas y gasolinera. Tienen allí mismo servicio de restaurante muy bueno incluyendo la Happy hour con botanas preparadas como Chile con queso, pasta y ensaladas.

  Simple y bien!!

  Me quedò muy bien ubicado Lara los lugares que tenía que visitar , cerca hay algunos lugares para cenar. Una suite muy completa , pero sobretodo parece que estás en casa!! Pudiera regresar incluso con la familia! Precio accesible . Lo que nunca me dio tiempo fue de probar el desayuno incluido!

  Terrible cleaning

  The actual hotel itself did not look bad but beware their cleaning is not up to code or even complied with covid-19 standards. There was hair in our shower, dried urine on the side of the toilet and the soap in the bathroom had been used as well as the tissue roll in the bathroom. It really made me ask myself if those things were not clean then are they really disinfecting the rooms in between guest stay. I did speak with the staff who offered a room change at 2am because we checked in late but I had 3 sleeping children I did not want to move so they offered to have house keeping come by the next day. Housekeeping came by and did not clean up the urine change the soap or the tissue. Front desk only offered apologies. Absolutely unacceptable. Dont waste your money.

  Usually love Embassy Suites, but.

  When the first thing you notice is the overwhelming smell of weed, you know there may be an issue. The second thing noticed would be the many, many children running around in wet bathing suits. Families must come on weekends for 'staycations' just for the pool and free breakfast. Our high school volleyball competitors couldn't get into the pool at all and couldn't get to sleep early (in preparation for early morning competition) because of the screaming, running children. On the upside, the waitstaff in the restaurant were very good. Having coffee ready at 5am was a pleasant surprise. The room was very comfortable. We were greeted with water, snacks and soda. I just don't think we'd take a chance coming here again because the weed smell was so offensive.

  Don't believe everything you read

  I was a little worried about this place after reading the reviews, especially about the cleaning. I actually made my family wait in the van so I could check out the room first before we brought everything in. The room was cleaned as good as anyone could ask for. I even looked for dirt in the bathroom but could not find any. Every staff member I spoke to was amazing. They even accommodated us with an extremely late check-out to make my son's appointments easier on us. Here's a tip. Speak to people with kindness and they will do the same back. If you have a nasty tone when speaking to hotel staff, then you are probably wont get issues resolved in the manner you would like. The pool was great and we did not have any issues getting reservations for it... but we did stay during the week. As far as another reviewer upset about the pool and kids running around.... It is what it is. Yes, families love this place. Yes, kids love running around in hotels.. Covid is going to make it tough to make reservations for the pool on the weekend. Know what you're getting into. I was pleasantly surprised that the evening reception was still occurring and the breakfast in the morning had plenty of hot and cold options. Omelets were still fantastic and my whole family had enough to fill us all up. If you're considering this hotel, do it.
