  I resided 2 times in this hotel in 2017 I stayed two weeks and in 2019, It was so nice experience, with an excellent location and good services, it's near to City square and malls. Cheap price. Amazing souvenirs.

  Simple no frills

  I will not say this this is a fantastic place, paid only 21 sgd for one room per night. I will say it is decent enough as the room is clean and also has the basic amenties. The parking like most said is a bit dark area, but you can also chose to park outside the hotel lobby if you are not worried about being summoned. The bed is comfy and clean. The TV channels does not have other channels than the Malaysia own ones. I did not have breakfast there so cannot comment. There is also a swimming pool but it is at another building. Hotel is very near the causeway and also the shopping mall : RNF Mall.

  Budget

  Budget hotel with a very basic room. There is no food near the hotel. The room is cheap so there is no complaint about that. You get what you paid. We visit Johor Bahru on a new year eve, so this is the cheapest hotel we can find.

  Electricity Socket a little bit broke

  Please change your electricity socket, it almost broke The room is big enough. The air Condition Is Very Cold, the toilet is still acceptable. Service is good, they lend us an electricity mug to make a hot water Note :

  Misrepresentation, change of location updated via messaging

  I book this hotel based on the information on TripAdvisor and Agoda I received a message on the same day of check in that the location has changed . It indicated North Wing Erya but Suria but the building is Suria School of Hospitality locate across the street Clearly this is a college for students learning the hospitality course . I was assigned to a family room number 4008. The room size was ok , what makes me upset was the aircon was leaky at night and the water thermos was not working . There wasnt much occupancy but they didnt make an effort to check if the guest room are really ok . Breakfast was really sad . Only 2 local dishes detected . The swimming pool is murky and dirty . EryaBySuria, please update your information timely and Ensure guests are not taken for a fool. I stayed on as everywhere else was full and with me and 4 children , we cant waste our trip over the disappointing accommodation . Close your hotel properly , renovate it well . Do not sell rooms using another property in the pretext of using the term North Wing and South wings . This will be the first and the last i stay here .
