  Muy bien, recomiendo

  Sitio muy bonito con buenas vistas, buena atencion al cliente, si vas no fallas. Especialidad en grelhados tanto en carnes como en pescados. Buena carta de vinos, una buena sorpresa No probamos los postres ya que la cantidad del plato es mas que suficiente Enhorabuena

  Best Hotel in the whole of Madeira

  We are still in Madeira (fly home tomorrow) myself my Wife Lucy and Son Martyn. I do not normally write reviews until I get home to England but the food and welcome we have received here is second to none. We are staying in a villa 1 mile away, been here for two evening meals and twice for drinks and cocktails, last night we were fortunate to be there to witness an amazing sunset We have booked to go for our "last supper" this evening If we are lucky enough to be able to return to Madeira then I would look to stay here The staff are so friendly and can not do enough to make your meal enjoyable You must try the espetadas, the salmon and my favourite the T-bone steak Give it a try, you will not be disappointed

  Excellent hotel

  Lovey hotel. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly helpful staff, couldn't do enough for you, so welcoming. Faultless adherence to Covid regulations. Great location if you want to be away from the crowds (although there's very few tourists) in Funchal. Note that CV restrictions mean that some things you would expect to see in the room eg tea & coffee have had to be removed.

  Amazing little hotel

  Stayed there fro 4 nights at the end of October. We checked in the hotel and had to wait for negative tests. They served us lunch in the room, which was very good. We had a seaview room on the ground floor. Very spacious, clean and super comfortable bed. The restaurant is also very very good, excellent churrasco and huge wine selection. Breakfast is served there, which is really good. You have a a seaview from pretty much everywhere in the hotel. We didn't use the pool, but from what I saw it was super clean. THe hotel has been recently renovated. The hotel used to be a sugar cane processing plant and rum distillery. So it has it's charm. The staff is also super friendly and kind. They will take care of you perfectly. We were taken care of by Monica, who was amazing, spoke perfect English and helped us with every question we had.

  Group dinner with stay over

  went here to a group dinner .. stayed the night , hotel its self good ,when we arrived reception staff very friendly same with the waiting staff , had lunch out on the balcony with a bottle of wine , very relaxing .. room very clean ,but was missing the warm feeling it was just basic .. in the evening had a 3 course meal , 1st course was ok .. 2nd course i had a fish platter and the fish was over cooked .. so could not eat it .. 3rd course was good .. this was a large group booking as taking that in to count . maybe the fish was stood under a heat light ... we had paid for coffee in the price and sadly they refused everybody which spoilt the end of a good get together .. i would still go back and stay here if i was in the area ...
