    Dos españolas en este hotel

    Escogimos por su cercanía ala zona de copas ..porque nuestra intención era hacer turismo por el país no disfrutar de un hotel maravilloso,aunque al final lo fue...las los apartamentos están en edificios de dos pisos y son muy amplios, el personal de recepción estupendo,.en especial las dos chicas y el hombre que estaba or la noche siempre recibiéndonos on na sonrisa independientemente de la hora de llegada, gracias alas chicas de recepción que al principio no entendían nuestro afán por salir de la saturada Ayia Napa y conocer sitos tranquilos y lejanos, como Lefkara , que nos recomendaron..,,por cierto decir a los británico y rusos que decir por favor, y gracias al staff hace sentir mucho mejor y que dedicarles una sonrisa no estaría mal..estamos de vacaciones y ellos trabajando ,,, la piscina estupenda y el comedor genial comida y personal ..las españolas sólo podemos decir GRACIAS

    Decent hotel but ignorant staff

    We just got back from a week in euronapa and although we were pleasantly surprised by the room as it looked nicer than the pictures, our stay was really let down by the staff. Most of the receptionists looked miserable and didnt speak to us. In the restaurant the waiters also didnt seem to want to interact with us but seemed to with other guests. Most of the time we had finished eating by the time someone came over and asked for our room number and if we wanted a drink even though there was lots of staff walking around. Our plates never got cleared away, the staff just made themselves look busy doing other things instead of coming to our table. When paying for the drinks we eventually got we were waiting ages to get our change and I had to stop someone to ask to get the change. Just not friendly towards us in the slightest and just very unhelpful. There wasnt much choice for the evening meal so if youre a fussy eater then here wont be good for you. The breakfast was cold on a few occasions as well. As I said the room was nicer than we expected. There was some stains on the furniture and the shower area could have done with a good clean. We also noticed that we never got clean bed sheets for the whole week. Plus my pillow covers seemed to smell like cigarette smoke. Personally we wouldnt stay in this hotel again as it ruins your holiday slightly when the staff arent friendly and welcoming, we felt very out of place.

    Good location, great value for money

    We weren't quite sure what to expect for the price we paid but relied on the good reviews on TripAdvisor. We were very pleased, it was a good place to stay for a week. The location is great and the hotel is in a quiet area but within walking distance of supermarkets, the beach, good restaurants and bars. We stayed bed and breakfast and there was a good choice of hot and cold food, including bacon, eggs, beans etc if you want an 'English breakfast'. The pool area is a good size and there were plenty of sunbeds. There didn't seem to be many English guests and the majority were Russian. We were able to extend our room until 6pm as we had a late flight - we will stay here again if we return to Ayia Napa.

    Totally loved it

    The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and polite, and looks forward to answer any questions. They also speak multiple languages, and it's great! Free breakfast is included - and the food here is nice. Dinner is a bit expensive for me (12.20 per person), but that's okay, cause it's still affordable. Wi-Fi is also available here. You can get the wi-fi password on the reception for free. And they also can give you a plug adapter for 2 (they will return the money as you give the adapter back) Every room has a balcony with a great view. 3-floor-blocks also have an inside elevator in them. An outdoor pool is also available. And it's free! Here are some pics from the balcony -

    Happy Holidays

    Just returned home from a lovely week at Euronapa with my husband and two sons. The apartment was compact but adequate for a week. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. It was nice that there was a kettle in the room and a good sized fridge. I wouldnt say you could prepare a meal in there due to the facilities but we were half board. The only downside for us was an lack of space to store our clothes but we managed. The whole complex was kept very clean and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. The food isnt the best Ive ever had but bearing in mind what we paid it was fine and Ive had a lot worse. They even made my fussy kids a special meal on a few of the evenings which was very much appreciated. The location was good for us as it was in a bit of a quieter area yet still lots of bars, shops and restaurants around and not far from some lovely beaches. All in all a good holiday, was great to be able to relax around the pool which was lovely and quiet (icy cold though) and the kids loved playing on the tennis court. The pool bar Robinsons was also very good with friendly staff and good food and drinks.
