  STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

  We booked an "executive suite" at this place. When we arrived and looked at the room it was small and dirty and had no view (the window was covered with rotten plywood) and was totally misrepresented in the advertising. It is located in one of the worst areas of Cebu and its staff is horrible. Go here if you want to experience a vacation from hell. Otherwise avoid. Avoid. My wife and I checked out on the same night we checked in and ate the cost. It was that bad. How they stay in business is a mystery. They even have advertisement on Philippines Airlines brochures. But trust me brother. This place is a dive without a single redeeming factor. It is located in sqautters alley and its european owners are cold and unresponsive to any request. Europa Mansionette. The Mansionette from Hell.

  It was actually okay.

  I stayed here for one night since it was not too far from the airport and I didn't intend to stay more to the south since I have a trip by the next day to Bantayan Island for the Holy Week. It was a risk though, with all the negative comments here and there so I gave it a try. And to my surprise it wasn't bad at all. The inside is really European style with a hint of dark vibe HAHAHA, but the outside looks more like a Balinese style except for the statues. My room was clean, there's no denying that it's quaint with low maintenance whatsoever, but for a price like this, it's not so bad actually. I really like the house, call me ignorant but I like the gothic feeling with the interior designs, from the pillars, to the stairs, the dusty curtains (I touched it out of curiosity). HAHAHA The staff was helpful and nice. It's pretty laid back kind of treatment but at least it's doesn't meant to disrespect in the sense of being polite and alert. No restaurant btw. Just delivery..

  Weirdest hotel I ever stayed at

  This hotel might once have been nice, in its glory days, which I suspect was sometime during the 1980s. Time also seem to have stopped around that time in this hotel as the colors and decors look like something from that time. The rooms are quite dirty and the general maintenance of the hotel is completely lacking. The room rate is a joke when you see what you get for your money.

  Haven

  Weve been here many times and we considered this as our haven. Secluded and Safe. Affordable yet classy and homey. We always love the breakfast, its so extra. You cannot find any other inns/hotels than this. More staycations to come and we wouldnt mind the number of times of staying here. PS: Do not complain unless youll check-in to a 5 star/expensive hotel.

  Don't go there

  I don't remember have stayed in a place more horrible than that. I don't know who gave them the title of hotel. Even half a star is too much. Fake pictures that don't show the reality of that pigsty. Small rooms without curtains, tiny bathroom and always with wet floor. Place surrounded by dogs and roosters making noise every night and at all times.
