  Great budget hotel for Naga City

  I've read a lot of complaints but most of the complaints are blown out of proportion, from people who expect too much from a budget hotel. Hello? Budget hotel people. This is a great hotel if you know what to expect. Don't expect a 5 star hotel on a budget. Anyways, the hotel room itself was clean even though we had an early check in, they cleaned it right away. We paid an additional p800 but that's fine considering we arrived 7am in the morning and we wanted to rest. Small price to pay for a good nap and a hot shower. The shower itself was a bit musty from age but it worked well and it had hot water and great water pressure. But they didn't have floor towels and the shower/bathtub didn't have a door so the floor was always wet from the shower. Also, the bathroom door wasn't aligned and was scraping the floor really badly and it was hard to open/close. You couldn't lock the bathroom door. The room design is a bit tacky, with the European themed pictures on the wall but hey, again, budget hotel. The bed covers where exactly the same as our curtains at home so I found that a bit funny and weird since it felt like we were sleeping in our curtains. And let's talk about the linoleum floors, maybe the next time the hotel is renovated tiles would be used instead. The wifi was non-existent and barely worked. Couldn't even load FB most of the time and you didn't know if you were logged onto the wifi or not. The breakfast was welcome but it wasn't that good. They would always forget what we ordered and it never included any vinegar for the food they sent. But the staff was very helpful and they even did me a favor by printing my bus confirmation page when the bus company cancelled my previous bus ticket. Over all, a good place to sleep at, it was clean, comfortable, and location was great. Just don't expect too much from a budget hotel.

  Worse Eurotel Branch so far

  Booked room for four since I have booked from other Eurotel branches before and found my stay satisfactory. To my surprise and horror, the room was unclean with wrappers hidden on the corners, hidden right below the curtains and the bed covers reached the ground and looked just so ancient and worn out, I just couldn't feel comfortable sleeping in it. The room almost seemed like it was filled with dust, and the headboard really was(!). There was some substance that looked like age old bubble gum in the closet. Further more, breakfast was given only for two persons, rather than four, and unfortunately was not even buffet. Location was terrible. Parking spaces were limited, and general area quite the chaos. Main lobby was a desolation, and front desk a gloomy reception for whoever was entering. I got rashes from first night, so I booked another hotel for a room. I strongly advice against booking from this hotel.

  Not Satisfied

  Booked for 3 days. Expensive due to Naga Citys Fiesta. Receptionist who assisted me on my check-in did not gave me details regarding breakfast and room cleaning. Room is normal, small and with unwanted odor. The good thing about this hotel is that i have a good view on their rooftop over the fIuvial procession. Another is Staffs and security guard were polite and welcoming. Overall i am disappointed. The next time i will book, i will look for a descent hotel in Naga City.

  Visit the heart of bicol

  We booked this hotel because it's a stone throw away from the city centre. Accessible to public transport if you want to travel. Price is reasonable and the hotel has a Security guard that will look after you and great with a smile. The Free wifi signal is not great inside our room. This is probably due to the location of their Access Point strength. Airconditioning is cold and cleanliness of the room is fair. Breakfast service is great and friendly staff. Hope to see you again on our next travel. Many thanks.

  Fulfilled my need

  Thanks to this very basic hotel i got a room without any difficulty to just sleep for 4 hours this morning. That is all i had to do. The room had clean sheets and a comfortable bed and quiet aircon. It also had no windows so perfect for someone like me who was awake all night and just needed some peace, quiet and sleep.
