  Worst night ever at a hotel

  First the ac doesn't work right. Second bathroom door is tight against the floor and is hard to even open and it doesn't shut all the way. 3rd someone tried getting in or room at 7am!!! Lastly tried to use the internet in the morning and found out that we were checked out at 630am by a ghost I guess. Highly don't recommend staying here!!!!

  Good experience for our two months stay

  We stayed in 32 4th Ave Extended Stay America in Waltham, and had a great experience for its staff and the service during our two months of stay. The hotel also provided sufficient cooking and dish wares for our extended stay. Give 5 stars rating for anyone looking for either long term or short term stay.

  Low Life People Live Here Long Term!!! Awful, feels unsafe. GO ELSEWHERE!!

  Screaming, yelling, fighting is constant.....my heart races wondering what is happening all the time in the room several doors down. I have to call the front desk every other day and then they call the police to address issues. This is now way to live!! LOW RATES = Low Life People Live Here Long TERM, makes me wonder if it's a government subsidy to house people who should be in rehab or OTHER. THIS FEELS LIKE A HALFWAY HOUSE!!! Pay a bit more and find a safer and more sane environment. Management- It's taken me 3 months to write this. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER and do something about this once and for all!! It's not fair that someone is quiet and follows the rules has to have my heart racing every day....I am traumatized from staying here. YOU SAY YOUR HANDS ARE TIED AND YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!??? Watch more and more reviews like this. Do something like EVICT!!

  Great management team

  I originally was staying in Burlington however the pipes burst and the building and was transferred to Waltham 32 4th Ave and the management team ect has been very accommodating as I have been here almost a month now.

  Clean, friendly staff.

  I stayed here while my family was in hospital in Boston. I read the reviews and felt compelled to write my own. I had a very nice experience here. I was here for 2 months and the staff , and management really put your comfort, safety, at their priority, i felt very welcome. The house keeping is very on point and if you dont want their services they still offer you towels toliet paper ect. I would 10/10 stay here again. They even knew i was syaying awhile so brought me a extra dresser in my bedroom.
