  We had just left Jackson Hole, WY and all accommodations there were too expensive; we decided on this Fairfield Inn in Afton. We were pleasantly surprised for being in a remote, small town! It was clean and the people working there were very friendly and helpful, recommending a couple of restaurants in the area.

  Just wonderful.

  My husband and I were visiting the grand tetons and had trouble finding a place to stay, so we drove a bit further out and found this hotel. Let me just say I have never had such a pleasant experience from the moment we checked in until we left the next morning. We got in a bit late and were pretty tired. The two women behind the counter were so friendly and efficient, even though one was in training. When we got to our room I was so impressed with the layout and how clean everything was. Not a single bit of dirt or dust anywhere. The beds were very comfy, there was no noisy neighbors or outside sounds to bother us, so we were able to fall asleep right away. The breakfast in the morning was phenomenal. I have never seen such a spread at this price range. It was well kept and always full. The shower has a good amount of pressure and was nice and hot. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area, and should I find myself back here, I will make it a point to stay here again.

  Lovely new hotel, very comfortable

  Afton is a small town and this hotel was at the edge - very quiet with a small stream behind it. The hotel was newer, very comfortable and a friendly staff. The bathroom had 7 grab bars, 2 shower heads and a fold down seat in the shower - though I'm not quite at the age where I need those, it was nice to see they are ready and able to accommodate us Boomers. The breakfast selections were great and they were the only hotel out of 10 on this trip, to have packets of lemon juice for my tea - extra points for that!!

  Poor customer service!!!

  We booked a room for two queen beds @ 250.00 a night and the night before we had booked a room with one King bed. When we arrived back to check in the manager was very unprofessional. She explained she had gave are room away and wasn't able to accommodate us with the two queen beds we reserved, because my nine month old had made a mess with a jelly donut the night before, even though they said they wanted to charge me a cleaning fee. Which I was okay with it wasn't like we had a Rave the night before. Not only did she cancel my reservation. She wouldn't refund me for the second night and charged me for both nights. So I spent over 500.00 dollars staying here one night and Very poor customer service, they may cancel your reservation, and children aren't accommodated here, especially babies.very disappointed we spent the night in are car because we weren't able to afford another room because they charged us for both nights. Since it was going to take a couple days to refund us. They were more worried about the next customer and making more money then customer service. I think there were alot better options around without out having a pool for kids to swim in very disappointed. It's worth looking somewhere else or driving to the next town then dealing with people that have no common decency.

  Nice visit

  Clean, staff was awesome. No pets are allowed here,except support animals. Free breakfast. Laundry facilities herein. Pool, hot tub and exercise equipment here. Staff wearing masks. BBQ and fire pit available. Very quite at night.
