  Great hotel, no English in area

  Thanks to all the great reviews, I stayed here knowing exactly what to the expect. The location from the airport was excellent. But I found it a bit far from Taipei, having to wait for express train several times, it really takes an hour. The hotel staff were all helpful. The bed was comfy. The spa was excellent. Another thing I did not like was that nobody spoke English in the area. There were great little eateries but it was a challenge ordering. They didn't have those great cheap foot massage places. I loved this hotel at a reasonable price but next time, I will stay near Taipei Main Station...

  Best Hotel in Taiwan!

  This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Taiwan! The level of service is unbeatable. I lost my wallet on the airport an the hotel clerk paid for the cab fare from the airport ( and just added it to my room) AND called the airline. They found my wallet in 10 min and had it mailed to the hotel for $5 USD. They notified me when it arrived. This was the level of service I got everyday. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are big and comfy with fresh fruit in the room each day and the breakfast buffet is huge. There is a great workout room and a Hot Spring spa/bath like what you would see in Japan. There are many cozy room all around the hotel- just go explore. It sit on top of a mall that is mostly for good, not good shopping for souvenirs. Train access to the airport is great, as well. I can not say enough good things about this place.

  Not really Taoyuan

  Not sure how this hotel gets away with selling itself as located in Taoyuan. Yes, its on the MRT & is not far from the airport but theres not much else in this location. And its not Taoyuan. Bar is ok but no beers on tap. Very clean but it has an empty feel to it. Overpriced fir what it is

  Near to Taoyuan Airport

  True to what is stated, hotel is directly link to Station A8 Chang Gung Memorial Hospital Station, once you come out from the gantry, take the exit on your left. Check in was a breeze and room was huge. Our room came without the breakfast option so unable to comment on that. Recommended to stay only if you have an early flight or just want to stay near this area. Otherwise nothing much around the hotel. Downtown Taipei is a little far out, however you have the option to take the express MRT train to Taipei Main Station. You can also take the express MRT to the airport.

  New and clean rooms.

  New and clean rooms. Many entrances that can be confusing even after help from Staff. There are: Entrances from different parts of the mall below the hotel, and the special path if you need to go to the Airport MRT after Mall Hours. One feature that they did not do justice informing the guests. The jacuzzi/sauna water is actually trucked from volcanic hot springs nearby. The Gym is modern and well equipped. The Gym, Sauna, and t he great food form the Mall made my stay really nice. Overall, great Hotel, I recommend it.
