    Too expensive for the services and amenities (not) provided

    On the positive side this hotel has an excellent location and great views. However I think it is over-priced and not good value at all. They seem to have a skeleton staff of only one or two people in the hotel at any time. My colleague had to wait ten minutes for someone to come to the desk to check out. The rooms are large and have flat screen tvs with a reasonable selection of channels, but all the furnishings are in a state of disrepair. Plug sockets are not fitted to walls properly, tables and chairs and chipped and worn. The bathroom was quite unpleasant with black mould in corners of the tub, no plug in the sink and no hand towel or bath mat provided so you run the risk of slipping on the wet tile floor. Also there was no hot water available! Breakfast was OK, though there was no coffee and no fresh fruit. The ice under the salad display was melting all over the floor in a massive puddle - another health and safety issue - which the waiter was not bothered about clearing up. Overall, it is not somewhere I would want to stay for a significant length of time. Although there was Wi-Fi in the hotel which is another positive note.

    There must be better options in the Al Baha area

    Old and run-down hotel, with elevators that do not stop in every floor (which means that, depending on what floor you are, you will have to lug your luggage to get to your room). My room had a very small balcony and overlooked the mountains. Very nice view but hundreds of monkeys very early in the morning looking for food, lots of noise! Service is mediocre and food in the breakfast buffet is plain and basic. Wi-fi was very spotty. I would not stay in this hotel again.

    Worst experience NEVER TRY!!!

    This was my worst experince in all of my 20 years traveling around the globe and with different hotel chains, I was greeted with ignorance in the begginging of my stay and room services NEVER!! Returned my call during my stay. While contacting the front office & reception the attitude was rude and the respond was call room service yourself what do you expect us to do? I haven't mentioned the dirtiness and the very very poor condition of the hotel it self and specially the room. Never brought towels nor cleaned the room during my whole stay and the excuse was we are fully booked what the hell was that answer!! I have never stayed in a HOTEL nor any place that offered a bed for a price that treated me with this rudeness. It also says that this location is a 4 star location, I dont know who is the blind and stupid associate that gave the rating! It doesn't even deserves a 1/2 star!!! I would like to escalate this complaint and to be contacted with whomever in charge of this location and to be fully refunded and to close the location or at least degrade the rating to NO star at all!! Im a platinum SPG, Marriott and The Ritz Carlton member, I travel more than 100 days a year, and this experience will be brodcasted in every possible way in my influence and my conclusion to this situation is to never stay in any hotel related to this location nor my friends and my family.

    Below average

    The hotel sadly is the only hotel you can find till now in baha. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and helpful. However the hotel is old and furniture is in bad condition. The facilities available are not much but there is not many other options. Only good thing about the hotel other than the staff is the excellent location.
