  Great Room, Great Service, Great Location!

  Stayed four wonderful nights. Had a junior suite with a sea view. Everything was terrific including the location. Yes Beds were hard but they added a topper when mentioned. Breakfast was good and service was great. Not cheap but very easy and comfortable.

  Superb service in exquisite property.

  Thanks to all staff for a fantastic 3 night stay in an exclusive truly 5 star hotel. Spacious room and bathroom, would prefer a bath tub but they becoming rare! Sumptuous breakfast seated next to pool. The most luxurious beach set up Ive ever seen but too expensive! Raymond even washed my car!

  Day by the pool

  Absolutely not worth the 5 stars! We had a day by the pool (the poolarea is really poor), lousy service,really lousy service! Wanted to talk to the manager, waited for several long minutes, she didn't even show up! Not going back!

  Grand Hotel Imperiale

  We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff were amazing. If you ordered room service they would be with you within minutes. The bedrooms were full of Italian charm with dramatic billowing curtains, a large comfortable bed but no mirror. There was a full sized one in the bathroom. The hotel was perfectly situated right in the centre so it was so easy to cycle into the pedestrianised area. The sun beds around the pool were so comfortable and the pool was perfect to swim in once it had warmed up from the sun around lunchtime. We would love to go back there. A beautiful holiday.

  Beautiful hotel but with bed service and very bed breakfast

  Hi, The Hotel is indeed very beautiful, small and stylish. Very clean and beautiful big rooms. However, for a 5 L star hotel, the service is around 2 stars max. The receptionists are arrogant and the stuff doesnt know what the front does nor vice versa. Its like you are in a separate hotel. (Example, the stuff from the pool has no clue when the check out is...which should be basic knowledge for workers there) Also, the beach place might be charged separately. Meaning, in the general description its advertised that the hotel has a private beach. Therefore, a normal person understands that the service its included in the rooms. However, in the basic room its not, nor it is expressly written that is not included. Since the general description offers that service, it should be included or expressly written that is not. One bed there costs extra 200 euros a day, whereas 5 min walking distance one can rent beds with 15 euros. Moving on to the worst part. The breakfast. Horrible. Worst then a 3 star hotel.
