  dirty. never again.

  my husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. when we arrived the were only smoking rooms left available.first they placed us at the fourth floor, but the smoke smell was unbearable and we asked to be moved. they were hesitant first; had the room air freshened (ofcourse without effect), but finally gave us another smoking room at the third floor. we could breathe better in this second room however overall still unacceptable. the linen, pillow covers, towels were dirty. we asked for change of pillows but the changed ones were still dirty. rug had smoking marks, old and dirty. found the bathroom locked from the inside - apparently it was a common problem, we know because they have instructions on how to lock/unlock the door. they just need to upgrade the door because even by following instructions the lock / unlock indication needs to be fixed. staff helped us to open the door with a spoon they took from the coffee facility in the room and put it back to where he found it without changing it with a new spoon. we could hear neighboring rooms' chattering and showering, as well as the road construction even though we were not on the ground floor. at one time water came out brown when I turned on the tap, heard they do water recycling? breakfast was just okay for a 3 star hotel, they had proper butter for the bread and we liked the nasi goreng.reception and other staff need to smile more. wifi was slow. dirty lobby sofa.overall we dont intend to stay here again.

  So quiet and comfortable

  I got a room on 6th floor. It was a big room for me alone. It was very comfy and peaceful. This room has a cable tv but the quality of the tv signal was not very good. The wifi ran well and it was free. The breakfast was good. They provided most Indonesian culinary.

  Average Hotel in Medan

  Old-fashioned interior, nice TV channel option, average dish with expensive price, not-so-good coffee break dish, monotone meal variation, no free airport/train station shuttle, nice bedroom so I can sleep well

  Room interior kinda old, but comfortable enough for staying for a few days. Food is decent, but not special. A little bit spicy for my taste. Good location. Very friendly staff. Maybe will stay in this hotel for my next visit.

  Nice syariah hotel & great location

  Syariah hotel located in the central city, so that guests have an easy culinary tour and explore the city of Medan. The spacious lobby/waiting room and equipped with an ATM gallery in front of the hotel location are a plus value.
