  I can honesty say this is the best hotel I ever been too!!! When you are looking for a great staff and a really nice and clean hotel this is where you need to come stay . Lovely the GM Is Amazing . Darnell , Attina , and Cordell are very nice what ever you need they are always there to help. I highly recommended the jacuzzi suite they have sand inside the bathtub and inside the jacuzzi it gives you a beach vibes. The area is very nice youre close to shopping centers and restaurants.

  Always A Good Stay At Hampton

  Bed was very comfortable - check in was a breeze. Always a good stay at Hampton. Limited breakfast due to Covid 19 but that was not their fault. Only suggestion I would make is to make sure that there is coffee in the morning. 6am and no coffee to be had.

  Great Stay

  Even before arriving, the service was great. I was booking 22 rooms and the GM Lovely was very accommodating. She organized everything that needed to be done and was there to give a warm welcome when we got in. Upon our arrival, Jen took over. Jen's attention to detail was excellent. All of the guests in our group appreciated her efforts. She even came in on her day off to make sure check out went smoothly. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and all staff members were friendly. There was a problem with the heating/cooling system in my room, but it was fixed within an hour of telling Jen there was a problem. Breakfast was scaled down because of covid, but they offered some options. I miss the larger selections typically offered by Hampton, but it was to be expected because of sanitary concerns. Without a doubt, we will stay at this hotel when coming back to the area.

  A pleasant stay with nice employees

  Room 320 was comfortable.. Ice machine close, great breakfast bar, hosted by PAUL from Estonia. Friendly employees and walking distance to several eateries, i.e. Cracker barrel, Bob Evans. Next to the defunct Cincinnati Mall, but Kohl's was walking distance. A very nice stay with our Titans 65+ AAA softball team. Great area. The Pool was not open.

  One person can save the day

  Not sure what happened in a year, but this place is a slight cut about a one-star motel. Dirty, broken ironing board, no knobs on microwave, broken fridge. The saving grace? Cordelle at the front desk. He was friendly, responsive, and brought a new ironing board and fridge. A top notch employee, and he should get a raise. Hallways were dirty, tattered signs in the lobby, elevator, and an ice machine dripping water all over the carpet. Owners must never be there, or they just don't care. Also had a business partner book the room next door. It reeked so much of smoke, he left and booked a room down the street. I come here every year for a conference, but definitely won't be back again. Nasty...
