  Excelente opción

  Me hospedé en el hotel con mi pareja y una amiga para ir a un festival en un pueblo cercano. El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones muy grandes y limpias. El desayuno estuvo perfecto para mis estándares (que son muy sencillos en lo que hace a la comida). Tiene un amplio estacionamiento (incluido en la estadía, no cobrado aparte) y es muy fácil llegar desde la ciudad y el aeropuerto de Nashville. Cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. Volvería, de visitar nuevamente la zona.

  DIDN'T KNOW JOB

  asked for 2 bed suite, got king instead back to change rooms. told no dog (had service dog) breakfast paper bag with water, apple, granola bar. put wrong name on bill and couldn't get wifi finally 2 hrs later corrected. missed deadline for computer air filter in room filthy. staff rude even no service because virus price was not discounted

  Excellent hotel

  I'm here for 2 nights, they gave me a huge king room, everything is clean, front desk was friendly and professional, bed is comfortable, decent size parking lot. A few restaurants within a 10 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

  Great stay

  My husband and I recently made a cross country trip, and after much researching I chose the Hilton hotel chains for every stay because of their commitment to proper Covid cleaning procedures. This hotel lobby was spotless as well as our room, with attention being given to small details such as the tv remote and coffee maker filter being packaged in plastic wrap. The only constructive criticism I'd offer is to do better on the breakfast grab and go bags which only included a pastry and an apple. We stayed at other Hilton hotels that offered a grab and go microwaveable breakfast sandwich and actually found one other Hilton hotel that served a true hot breakfast. Overall, though, this hotel lived up to the Hilton Clean Stay promise, and we had no Covid cleanliness worries while staying here.

  Staff under the influence?

  After a 13 hour drive, we stopped for the night at this hotel. I will say that the lobby was impeccable and we were looking forward to a clean environment to sleep in. As I waited to be helped, the person reserving a room in front of me stormed out in frustration. I walked up to the desk and quickly realized that the staff member was probably intoxicated?? She just kept clicking the mouse button and looking at the computer screen. She asked me three times if I had a reservation already, then told me she was trying to find me a room that would let me walk my dog (no idea what she was talking about since I didnt have a dog or mentioned one at any time). After waiting for her for about 15 minutes (she still hadnt taken my information and just kept clicking and staring at the screen), I told her we were leaving. She said ok. Pretty bizarre experience... So I cant say much more about the quality of the hotel besides the clean lobby. However, Im hoping somebody checks on this staff member and makes sure she doesnt drive more customers away!
