    Pros: Near to Nagoya shopping mall. Good customer service at front desk and the guy that call the taxi. Kudos to them. Breakfast is good. Cons: Rooms need to refurbish as it look old. Bath tub need a good scrub.

    Dated but clean big room

    Near mosque and Nagoya mall. Take gojek and grab here no prob. But from ferry must take taxi, but still ok. Near got places to eat many many, east eat. Come and go. Massage also many many, body pain come and go. But can be full of spore during bf.

    1 bed bug found in room 325

    Time check is 22:59hrs, i was in the room 325. I was shocked to discover 1 bed bug crawling at the bed frame of my bed. This room consists of twin bed. I felt itchiness when lying on the bed and was wondering what was going on till I discoveres the said 1 bed bug. I then used a pencil which I found on the desk to kill it. It was gross. I then searched the reviews of this hotel and also found out that there were bed bugs reported in the year 2015 for room no: 328 and 329 which was near to my room no: 325. This will be the last time and I will not return to this hotel again.

    It was okay

    - Quite old hotel but the room is huge and clean. - Facilities are well maintained especially the swimming pool. - For breakfast, they have several varieties but we don't find it tasty for such 4 stars hotel, and sorry to say but the cutlery sets were a bit dirty. And during peak hour of breakfast time, no one is looking after the cleanness of the breakfast buffet table as seen in the picture - Hotel location is great, around 10 minutes walk to Nagoya shopping centre. That's all I could say, nevertheless, thank you very much for making our stay memorable .

    3D2N Stay in Batam

    The hotel lobby was welcoming and was good for hosting our local friends. They also had welcome drinks and snacks provided while we were waiting to checkin. The rooms were spacious and neat. However, the aircon in both rooms were very cold, even after switching it off! The aircon control doesn't seem to work. Extra linen is chargeable on a daily basis. When I requested for an extra towel and pillow as there were 5 of us, I was told that I would have to pay extra for the towel and that they do not have any additional pillows available. I had pre-arranged a shuttle pickup from the Ferry Terminal. I gave them the timing of my ferry and left them my number when they said that the driver will contact me. However, the driver did not turn up until I had to give the hotel a call to check, incurring roaming charges. Check-in was stated as 2pm. When we arrived at 210pm, I was informed that because I had a prior request for 2 connecting rooms, the rooms are being cleaned now and will only be available at 3pm. With no other choice, my family went for a walk and returned at 330pm, only to be told that the rooms were STILL not available. We had to wait at Mick's Pub until 4pm before being given 1 room (because the other room was STILL being prepared). We went up, after being assured that once the other room was available, the receptionist will personally come up and give me the card to the other room. Well, at 430pm, after realising that nobody was cleaning the other room at all, my wife went down to ask the reception what was happening and only then did the reception check with housekeeping and found out that the room was already available. The breakfast was simple. Not much variety. The room was spacious and had plenty of room for my children to play around.
