    Excelente estadía!

    Tiene una excepcion que el desayuno no esta incluido pero resto fue excelente, tiene muy buen trato en servicio del personal, limpieza perfecta en las habitaciones, una excelente ubicación, cerca de zonas de comercio y negocio!

    Dingy room

    The room was dingy and moldy, it gave me allergic reaction. Microwave tray was wobbling, heater was very loud. Comforter was probably not replaced after last guest left the room, as it was smelling weird.

    Very disappointing Groupon Trip

    Booked this hotel on Groupon and didn't get what was shown. The picture of the room showed a jacuzzi in the room and when we checked in they said they didn't have any rooms with a jacuzzi in them. For the price that I paid for the room which turned out to be a plan room was way over priced. Could have got a room somewhere else for way less and way better. Will never stay at this hotel again and will definitely never book through Groupon again. Save your money and stay at a different hotel.

    This hotel did NOT comply with Covid-19 guidelines

    We arrived on a Sunday evening after booking on hotels.com. We had been instructed, per reservation, that we would need to comply with all CDC guidelines for covid, which meant wearing a face covering at all times we weren't in the room. When we entered the hotel, we immediately noticed guests sitting in the lobby not wearing masks or social distancing. I went to the front desk & the manager on duty was wearing a mask below her nose. I could also see her mouth. Clearly, the management was not adhering to CDC requirements regarding masks. When I asked her about guidelines, she told me she "wears a mask 8 hours a day & that the plexiglass between us at the counter was meant to protect me," She also told me that the guests in the lobby were allowed to act as if the lobby was a restaurant that allowed guests to remove masks while eating. However, guests in the lobby were eating. Meanwhile, a sign on her desk said that face masks are required at all times for all guests. "We require face coverings in all indoor public areas of all our hotel." She gave us our room keys and we arrived to a room that was satisfactory for the one night. It was clean and comfortable. We will skip booking at Hilton properties from now on unless we can be assured that their employees, in fact, do actually adhere to CDC guidelines for mask wearing during covid. We do not appreciate the management making us feel unsafe.

    Way overpriced for this area and the condition of the hotel

    I stayed here for one night with my family. We were staying on the 2nd floor. When we got to our room, the window was wide open (it opened onto the roof of the 1st floor). Very strange, as most hotel windows don't open that wide and there was no screen. A few minutes later, my young daughter stepped on a tiny shard of broken glass in the rug and cut her foot and was bleeding. I looked around and found 4 other shards of glass in the carpet. Went back down to the reception desk and explained what happened. We were given another room but zero apologies or anything of the sort. Very odd. The pool is very small and was freezing cold. No towels in the pool area. This hotel is basically falling apart. I understand that the coronavirus shut down has affected everything, but it was as if this hotel just stopped doing anything in March. It was just creepy. And their "free breakfast" is a bottle of water, an expired cereal bar and a pretty gross muffin. I would suggest staying elsewhere.
