  Down to earth with touch of class!

  Its rare these days to receive the type of customer service that those of us aged 50 and up had grown accustomed to when we were growing up. But Hilton Garden Inm delivers just the right mix of down home "welcome home" friendliness and "treat customers with utmost dignity and respect" class. Is it the Waldorf Astoria? No. But the large, clean rooms are comfortable and usually have me feeling a bit sad when I have to leave. This is my "go to" in the Cincinnati area. The employees make it the amazing and relaxing experience that it is.

  Glen is amazing

  Im a fly fishing guide so I have a lot of gear, a lot of clothes and a lot of questions... Im also always starving. Glen was a breath of fresh air in this new norm that we live in. He followed and executed every guideline while keeping service standards high. Thank you Glen, we will be back.

  Don't Waste Your Money

  This property looks new, but doesn't act new. The elevators were not working. So why aren't they giving guests the rooms on the first floor. Cigarette smoke was coming through the bathroom. Vent like heat. They're too cheap to get the cable machine for the Fitness Center. They choose not to serve hot breakfast because the owner of the property is too cheap. Why didn't they warn guests on the app that the elevators weren't working. I may die of lung cancer. My room smells like I chain smoke. This owner should not be allowed to own a Hilton property.

  Great welcoming staff

  Ive been staying her since mid September 2020. I cant say enough about the welcome staff during these trying times. Theyve always kept a smile and welcome me with a smile each time I arrive. Special compliments to Cyndie and Glen!

  Amazing Hotel!

  The staff are very very nice, the rooms are extremely clean and sanitary, they even have full shampoo, condition, and body wash pumps for you if you don't have any! This is a very very nice hotel to stay at, I highly recommend coming here, and the prices are amazing and worth it for this hotel!
