  Quality accommodations at a decent price

  I was very pleased with the cleanliness and functionality of my room, and the staff were all very pleasant and professional. I appreciated the precautions that they took to ensure my safety during this pandemic. I look forward to staying again.

  Cheap Hotel; Understaffed

  I stayed at this hotel on Saturday and Sunday nights. I was selling my house and was looking for a nice play to stay. This is not it. The facility was understaffed and uncomfortable. Only one person was staffing the front desk at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday night. The concierge was professional, but not particularly accommodating. I had to go back to my room twice to get the door to work. No explanations or apologies offered. No information provided about the surrounding restaurants. They provided breakfast, which was awful - even during a pandemic. The room was clean, had a microwave and free wifi. No one cleaned the room between Saturday and Sunday - including throwing out the garbage. For a few dollars more, I could have stayed at a much nicer place or at a budget place. I used hotels.com and ended up paying $100 per night - not worth it. And the hotel identified me as a cheapskate who used hotels.com. I do not recommend this hotel.

  Roaches!!!

  This hotel is unsanitary, bug infested, and disgusting. I had this little guy pay me a visit in my sleep. IHG has refused to reimburse or compensate me for this awful experience. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and now refuse to stay at another IHG again. I usually travel with a crew of seven and they have officially lost our business.

  Good stay overall

  Always enjoy my stay here the kids love the breakfast options like pancakes and cereal and they really like visiting the snack shop to buy snack items in the evening. Jocelyn at the front desk is so professional and takes good care of us. She always wears a smile. When we need a hotel in Allentown, this is where we will be!

  Dirty and smelly

  I stayed here after using the same brand at Buffalo NY and this is farrrrrr the worse, the room smelled like mold and the pool was super dirty. For one night will do. The breakfast is ok. crew talking or who, also a door keep opening and closing.
