  Wonderful stay

  Our stay was for 3 1/2 weeks and have a great stay. Hallie & Lacey are awesome! Such great customer service from these girls. Room was clean upon arrival and I didnt have housekeeping, my choice. Id just put my dirty towels and linens outside the door and housekeeping would pick up. I would ask housekeeping for clean bedding and towels and they were great with providing them breakfast due to COVID-19 is available. Server was wearing gloves and mask; served 4 hot items from covered hot trays, plus oatmeal & cereal were available . Offered to eat there or to go containers. Muffins, juice, and coffee also available. 5 stars

  Amazing stay

  My family and I had to stay at Home2 Suites after our plumbing backed up and caused water damage in our bathrooms. We stayed for a total of 8 weeks. I honestly have to say that living in a hotel is definitely an experience I hope to never have to have again. However even though the situation was less than desirable the staff did everything in their power to make our stay as wonderful as possible. Every single one of the employees always greeted us kindly, and even though I could never actually see it (due to the face masks) I could always hear the smiles in their voices. Any request I had was never turned down. In fact I do not believe I heard the word no from anyone at any time during my stay there. Any request from standard supplies, clean bed sheets, to even an apple when it was not during breakfast hours was always responded to with "Yes, Absolutely" and was immediately met. My family and I have grown close to several of the staff there that we honestly feel like they are now an extension of our family. I truly cannot say enough nice things about everyone and how wonderful each person made our stay. Amy, Lacey, Jamie, and Hallie were always so wonderful. Special shout out to Hallie for turning me onto the sleepy time tea in the room to help me sleep, I really needed that. Also you breakfast girls, Paline, Pam, Abby, and Mammy were always so wonderful and a real pleasure to talk to first thing in the morning. Pauline especially was wonderful and absolutely spoiled my girl. The hotel itself was always nice and clean. Which is a must in the hotel business but the staff and customer service is truly what takes Home2 Suites in Evansville, IN to the next level and really leaves an impact on families like mine.   Loved our stay!

  Very kind caring and efficient staff both at front desk and at breakfast. The decor was bright and and fresh. The place looked new and clean. Our 2 queen room had great decor. It was enormous with lots of storage and surfaces to help us organize. There was so much good light for working or just relaxing. We had a 2 queen room on the 4th floor. It was right by the elevator but we heard absolutely no noise. We were exhausted and hungry after several days on the road. We stopped here, got some awesome takeout comfort food from Biaggi's nearby. We had a wonderful meal in our room at the ingenious table on wheels that could be rolled out to eat or use for a desk, then rolled out of the way. Slept so well. Fantastic stay and would gladly stay again.

  Very Enjoyable Stay

  I have stayed multiple times at this hotel. The staff is very friendly. You know they really care and want to make your experience enjoyable. My room is always comfortable and very clean. Hallie on the front desk is the best!!

  Great hotel in Evansville

  The hotel was large and spacious. The room had a full size fridge and plates and dishes. The room came with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom was good sized and lots of counter space. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast and probably the best hotel breakfast we have had all year. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes and full cold items along with hot cereal. The outdoor grills and gas fire pit were also a nice bonus. A great value and I would highly recommend Home 2 Suites.
