    Avoid!

We were here on a hiking trip in June with a group of Swedes. We were very happy about the Wellness and Relaxing area with different saunas and Turkish bath and massages, but there was no gym. The rest was a disappointment. The rooms were okay, but the bathroom was poorly organized. If you are to stay here, avoid the restaurant!!! The breakfast is poor to say the least. Dry and boring bread and not even a boiled egg. Since we went with a group, we had our dinner at the hotel every night, unfortunately. The food was so disgusting!!!! The texture, taste and look of it was horrendous. Please, avoid this hopeless place!!!

    Nice hotel in beautiful Dolomites!

In the end of June we spent a week at Adler hotel in Andalo as part of a swedish group. Adler is a fresch and pleasant hotel which we strongly recommend. Our room was beautiful and spacious, the bathroom luxurious, Spa-appartment something extraordinary - dont miss the opportunity to explore it! In the dining hall we were offered well-cooked dishes every day. The menues had a local touch: Among the highlights we want to mention several tasty soups, different sorts of delicious dumplings and a very fresh beef tartare in a carved apple. We also were impressed by the rich salad buffet with new ideas every night. A plus for the charming and considerate waiter. We got First Class service. For the glutenallergic guest at our table there were good alternatives whenever needed.

    A great surprice

Trained staff, professional and extremely helpful. A complete SPA center, conveniently accessible and well cared for. Well organized and very clean restaurant offers a wide and varied menu (4 choices for each course. The staff is helpful and kind. It offers all day (and evening) events to keep adults and children busy. A structure with a value added.

A beautiful hotel surrounded with the magnificent Dolomite mountains

We have stayed at the Adler hotel in order to hike in the Doolimite mountains. The hotel is a very nice hotel with very beautiful rooms. All of them have balconies, and our room that was on the fourth floor hade a very nice view over the willage and the mountains. The disadvantage was the lack of aircondition in the rooms. This meant that we had to keep the balcony door fully oben all the time. Our group had full board with breakfast, sandwich package and a very large dinner. The breakfast was OK, but not special. Scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits and a lot of cakes. A little irritating was that you had to order you tea, this meant that you had to wait you to that the restaurant was understaffed. The staff was very good extremely efficient and friendly, but too few. The sandwich package were large but dull, a lot of bread and no vegetables. To dinner was a heavy experience since they served far too much food, not less than five dishes! Some was excellent, some dull and some was just awful. The pasta dishes were best and the main courses were worst. We did not use the fasillities, however the other in our group did and they were satisfied.

    Comfortable Hotel

We recently stayed at this hotel for a family holiday. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms of a good size. There was plenty of hanging space and the area by the door was really useful for hanging out damp skiwear and boots. Our shower was a bit small but other rooms have bigger showers. I was told none of the rooms have a bath which is a pity as after skiing I love to have a bath and relax my muscles. The breakfast was amazing, such a large selection on the buffet. It would be good to have a machine so that we could make our own coffee and not have to rely on the waiters who are busy. The evening meal was nice and the staff were very good at giving more simple food for the children (13 and 15) if we asked. The puddings were delicious and the restaurant offered all the dishes in a Gluten free way. The vegetarian dishes were a bit disappointing (fried cheese) and one risotto which obviously had a fish based stock which was replaced with something else. Luckily the salad bar was always plentiful. The bar is comfortable and there were evening activities organised for smaller children and cards for the adults. The bedroom had a kettle and a fridge. 2 fruit teabags were offered on day one and not replaced. I bought some teabags and milk so I could have a cup of tea in the afternoons. The staff were very friendly and nothing too much trouble. The only downside for us was that the swimming pool and Spa are completely naked, no swimming costumes allowed as apparently they are "toxic". Therefore none of us used the facilities at all which was extremely disappointing as basically we paid for facilities which we didn't use. Brits (especially teenage girls) are not used to naked Spas and despite the staff saying "it's the European way" and "it's more hygienic" when our friends stayed there a few years ago swimming costumes were allowed. So on the whole I loved the hotel, food and staff but was disappointed in the Spa.
