  Very bad customer service low quality hotel

  We came to room then we discover the room without ac the ac was damaged and broken, the thing which really disappointed me is when I called the receptionest he told me that : you have two solution only either to stay in same hot room or to leave the hotel. This way of treating customer is really shocking as a five stars hotel the employee should be trained how to deal with customer.. After big fight they gave us a storing room which has no toilet door it is broken unfortunately So we didn't have any other choice it's better than hot room The hotel DO NOT DESERVE FIVE STARS HOTEL. Will never visit this hotel again terrible experience.

  Good

  The hotel apparently is good, the breakfast not that much good. It is not intercontinental, i liked only the coffee from the machine and the cheese 'pites' they have good swimming pool and sauna, turkish hammam and Jacozi. Our room view was on the mountain. But i felt the room not totally clean. The 2nd day my husband asked for tea bags they said it's not free! Almost all the hotels around the world offering such basic things freely.

  Awesome Hotel

  We had a family dinner in a Hotel, the food are excellent, the people who work there are super helpful and friendly, see you soon, probably some winter vacation! Definitely Hotel to visit, and they have awesome pool and spa!

  Not so good

  The food in the hotel is great. The breakfast was really amazing. The WiFi connection is good. The rooms are OK, bed is comfortable and everything is very clean. The TV didn't work and that's the only thing in the room that wasn't OK. The water in the pool and jacuzzi was too cold and I did not like that. Moreover, the pool area is too dark and the water looks very dirty. However, the rest of the wellness and spa area was very clean. Overall, the hotel management need to change few things otherwise the hotel will not be worth all 5 stars that it currently possess.

  Nice Stay in February 2021

  We spent 4 days in this hotel in Babanovac, Vlai mountain. Although there was no enough snow for skiing, we had nice walks, enjoyed food in a very good restaurant. We got a nice 47 m2 apartment, as an upgrade, which was comfortable with nice kitchenette. Nevertheless, living room could have been more comfortable for 2 adults. It was a nice stay during pandemics. Spa and swimming pool is good.
