  Buen hotel con estetica antigua pero con habitaciones amplias, de aspecto moderno. Cuando llegamos despues de largo viaje nos encontramos con que realizaban un "party" muy ruidoso en el patio debajo de la ventana. Lo comentamos y muy amablemente nos cambiaron de habitacion. Buena calidad de la comida. Muy recomendable

  Has all that you need

  Was in two minds, given several negative reviews. But am glad that I booked - great location;amazing view;comfortable room;friendly staff! I dont write reviews very often - but I guess Lucknows once iconic hotel deserves one - to me it still is one!

  One of Indias oldest luxury hotel still maintained but lacks the beauty which it use to have years back Food is still authentic but limited options for pure veg Rooms are clean and good An affordable 4 star hotel

  Not the same old Clarks

  When reached, no one was there to open the gates, no one to assist with the parking, no one to help with the luggage, finally checked in, life smelling of garlic(maybe used the same elevator instead of service elevator) went up the club room, switched on the lights 3 bulbs were fluctuating with weird noise (went away after a while when they lit up) went in the bathroom to take a shower it was showering half the water at the wall and the glass of the bathroom, went out came back, again no one at the gate and no parking available this time, had to park the car behind the main hotel building(inside the premises) the hotel is under construction and it was all filthy and wet, so spoiled my shoe while coming out of the car, next day had breakfast and took a walk in the lawn, not at all maintained, came back to the room to the same old shower and lights, anyway as soon as we went down to check out, all the hotel staff was ready to help us with our bag, open up the door and with a big smile on the face in expectations of some tip! :) looked more like a government building. And Yes, Bathroom slippers are chargeable at 59 Rs ;)

  The Worst Hotel I Have Ever Stayed In

  This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.Other than the location of the hotel,there is nothing great about this hotel and it most certainly doesn't deserve a 5 star status(in fact,it doesn't deserve a 1 star rating). Let me start with the food first.I made a big mistake of purchasing the breakfast+lunch/dinner package with my stay.The quality of the food was extremely poor and the same food items were repeated every day-absolutely no variety at all.Moreover,a majority of the restaurant staff seemed to be unfit for their jobs-most of them were very rude and severely lacking in manners.I am unsure if the hotel even provides any training to their waiters/other support staff. Now coming to the Covid precautionary measures,there was nothing like social distancing inside the hotel and most of the hotel staff didn't bother to take any Covid safety measures(I often saw several hotel employees roaming around without wearing face masks).The lifts were overcrowded most of the times,so much so that people touched each other while standing inside the lift.As most of the guests didn't wear face masks,we were always at the mercy of the God to save us from Corona infection. The area around this hotel is highly polluted so there were a lot of mosquitoes.One night I asked for mosquito repellent,to which their support staff replied that there was no mosquito repellent in the hotel and they were unable to arrange for it.I could hardly sleep that night,bitten all over my body by the mosquitoes.Can anyone ever expect such treatment from a so called 5 star hotel? As a whole,it was an extremely poor experience staying at this hotel and I would never like to visit this hotel again.
