  Excelente en todo aspecto

  Estuvimos con mi sra. la semana pasada y solamente podemos decir que cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas. Se nota la mano de Nicola y Cesare en el cuidado de los detalles para el bienestar de los pasajeros y eso se transmite a todo el personal, sin distinción "todos son muy amables y predispuestos para que tu estadía sea lo que deseas en las vacaciones". El desayuno y los aperitivos son excelentes. Se puede cenar con una carta que varía todos los días (no puedo dar una opinión porque no cenamos en el hotel). Las habitaciones tienen el encanto de una "residenza d´epoca" con pequeñas restricciones ya que por ser patrimonio histórico, sus propietarios no pueden hacer modificaciones que varíen la esencia de la villa. Algo fundamental es el estacionamiento dentro del hotel y el servicio de playa que están incluidos en el precio, importante en lugares donde encontrar donde estacionamiento es difícil y las playas son privadas. Cuenta con un jardín con plantas y flores muy acogedor donde se sirve el desayuno, la cena y unos placenteros aperitivos por la tarde-noche. La limpieza es excelente y las camas muy cómodas, con habitaciones que cuentan con amplios espacios en los placares. Lo recomiendo sin ningún tipo de dudas.

  So nice in many ways

  Only stayed one night and wish was a longer stay . Lovely clean bright room with smallish but clean and functional bathroom . Great relaxing atmosphere with lovely outside space to sit and enjoy nice wine . We had a really good dinner here for 30 euros each but we'll worth it as was delicious and the service was excellent . Will be going back . Really special place to stay .

  Four day stay

  Came here by train after a three day stay in Florence. Nice hotel about 5 minutes from the beach . Staff friendly and informative , give us lots of advice on the trains and buses . We used this as a base to visit Pisa and Cinque Terre . We stayed in the last week of September . Weather was still good but this was the last week of the holiday season and some beach clubs had already shut for the season. The rooms in the hotel were clean and tidy and a lovely garden to the front of the hotel . Plenty of restaurants nearby but the other end of the resort up by the Marina is a lot busier. Loved the fact the hotel had bike's for use . Loads of cycle paths and place's to lock up your bike ( hotel supplies locks). The bikes were a great way to get around the resort. The breakfast at the hotel was good and was served between 8am - 10am. The hotel also provides an evening meals but we ate out each night . Breakfast and dinner are served outside , weather permitting. Nice hotel and nice resort , definitely worth a visit.

  Disappointed

  Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say. The idea of a 'museum' residence is a good one, the execution of the idea horrible at best. I remain confused by the excellent reviews given to this establishment. Without mentioning the worn appearance of everything in general, the lack of a key for the bathroom door, the obvious lack of regard for cleanliness, my greatest concern is the staff. In particular, a young woman that responded to my buongiorno saying she was busy. I smiled and repeated good morning realizing that perhaps she was having a bad day. It happens understood, but in addition to everything else not acceptable. I would not recommend to anyone.

  Great hotelwhich made us feel Covid safe, secure and relaxed....brilliant!

  Due to flight changes re Covid we arrived late on a Saturday evening. Welcomed by both Nicola and Cesare the owners they made us feel very welcome as friends rather than guests. We have been coming here for a number of years and the levels of service have always remained high....we cannot fault this. Covid safety standards at the hotel are high and at all times we felt safe and secure. Masks have to be worn when moving through the hotel and lots of sanitiser is available at a number of points throughout the hotel. Our room, which overlooked the lovely and relaxing front garden, was clean and extremely comfortable as always and is cleaned evry day with clean towels left....all first class. Over the years we have seen the main towns and sights around Lido so we tend now to come here mainly for the beach which is just a short walk away. The hotel has great links with the Amore beach and they can arrange to book this for you if required. Next to Amore is the Beach Bar which is worth a mention for coffee and lunches and we used this every day. Each night during our stay we ate at the hotel in the garden and the food and service is just so very special. The menu for the following night's meals is available to choose from and the food is simply amazing! There is also a fantastic range of wines to chhose from and Cesare helped us with suggestions for pairing with the food....thankyou! We highly recommend having dinner at this hotel. Breakfast each morning was excellent with a wide choice of cereal, meats and cheese, fruit and drinks on offer....no one will go hungry whilst staying at the Hotel Club I Pinin! Our stay here allows us to relax before we head off to Florence. We highly recommend the Hotel Club I Pini, a villa with some wonderfuil history itself which we have always found adds to the romance of the place. Our thanks to both Nicola and Cesare and the whole team for the way in which they ensured our stay was warm, welcoming and relaxing....thankyou. A fantastic place to relax and be happy!
