    Accessible Lodge

    About 30-45 mins away from the Laguindingan Airport of CDO, situated in the middle of the market, nearby the Centrio Mall, the famous White Water Rafting River and the beaches of CDO. The hotel and food service is generally fair as to value of money and it was a good experience for me and my friends.

    Dirty hotel with horrible customer service

    Dirty hotel with horrible customer service. The room was not well maintained and very dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. Check-out took 45 min because they had to check the room and account for whatnot, so make sure you leave lots of time to check out.

    i thought we were in hell. it was not the fact that the hotel was right in the middle of the public market but the fact that the staff seemed clueless on the nature of their job... we asked the concierge about a car rental and she insisted on giving us the van shuttle, to make matters worse, the elevator conked out and nobody knew what to do...we waited and waited...but no one could do anything. the duty manager even tried to hide the fact that she was the one by saying she was fb manager.. what facebook manager? or food and beverage? even if she gave us free dinner i would not wish this kibd of hell on anyone...so please dont take this hotel....in fact please stay away from this one...

    Budget Traveler but...

    This accommodation is located at center town of Cagayan De Oro but the surrounding are messy, dirty, bad odor since it is situated near wet market. If you are used to eat sideways (pika-pika) this hotel could offer because of location. Hotel staff needs more training when it comes to payment systems, how to become more professional when handling clients.
