  DEMASIADAS ESCALERAS

  Habitaciones calurosas, no hay aire, desayuno regular, las camas en buen estado pero el baño demasiado pequeño. No es un hotel de tres estrellas, quiza alcance dos. Las reformas que dice hara el propietario, quiza las haga lo antes posible.

  Super hotel in unexpected location

  This hotel is right next to a large underground car park, and by the rack railway up the hill for great panoramic views of Neuchatel and the lake. Husband was quite wary as it is not a 'prime mission's - it is in an area with Turkish shops and a hostel for older men. Yet our room was huge, with table and chairs and a kit generate! (Pots and pans available from reception on request). So, sightseeing... then off to buy fresh rolls, salami, tomatoes and Tommy cheese for a great picnic dinner in the comfort of our room!

  terrible experiences

  I stayed in this small hotel in march 2019. It was written that I could check in until 11:00 pm. However As I came at about 10:20 pm, there was no body at the reception. I had to make a few calls and waited. Later there was no plug socket for computer in my room and I could not turn on the bedside lamp. What worse was, some staff were not professional and very arrogant. One lady at the reception even did not want to do her job to let me drive away from the parking. The biggst surprise was, the hotel has made a complaint to my company against me (because I was not satisfied) before I had time to make complaints. This simple fact shows the level and the way of thinking of hotel. Is there any hotel in the world, which make complaint againg its clients? It is my work to travel. For me, this is the first time.

  Great location

  Perfect location for walking everywhere. Close to restaurants, shops and. The lake, next to the train station. Our room was light and bright and spacious. The staff were really friendly. Ours was a last minute booking, but we were very happy with our choice

  Welcoming and cozy

  My husband and I arrived with our two young children and received a warm welcome from the hotel proprietor. His personal touch made our stay just lovely. He even recommended restaurants close by where we could have a nice dinner out and enjoy the town. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean and modern. To top it all off, the proprietor send a terrific wine to our room after learning we were celebrating a birthday. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Neuchatel that we will remember for a lifetime!
