  Overrated hotel with no quality

  I had stayed at this hotel for one night in Aug. Room was not properly cleaned, dust was all over the furniture. Stained bedsheets will make you feel unhygenic and smelly room with smelly blanket. Only the location was good as you can have the amazing view of ganga from the room and it is quite near to the parking as well and also room service is good except cleaning staff. I called at reception to clean the dust and the guy they sent was stupid who wasn't listening to us about where he has to clean the dust. Food was also average except tea. Not worth of money.

  Good location, courteous staff

  Location - 5 Stars Located next to Har ki pauri (200-300 mts), all eateries, shops near by. Service: 5 star Staff very courteous, helpful and don't demand for tips, room service available. Room; 2 stars This the greay area which need improvement. Sofas lying in the rooms were dirty and no sofa covers on them, No remote for AC, Bathroom - clean, hygenic and provides warm water. Overall good place due to service, location and helpful staff. Checkout time is 11:00 AM, but allowed us one more hour, as we were accompained by kid. Luggage counter is availble to keep your luggage after checkout.

  Best location hotel -Just opposite river gangage

  For me location and most happening point is the first priority.Everything comes next because I want to feel the pulse of that and this hotel fulfills my criteria.One can have the view of river from his room.Hotel is old and constructed in unplanned manner.4 floors with small lift.Room facilities are not very satisfactory.Toilet clean with few toiletries.Staff cooperative and helping.Above all location is great since ,main attraction Har Ki Paudi is nearby.   Best Location on Har-Ki-Pauri

  Hotel Gyan have a best location. Its just opp. of Ganga River/Har-ki-Pauri. Some near by restaurants here for foods on cheap price. Please book only Pedal Rickshaw/Battery Rickshaw for Hotel Gyan other no more option here from for Bus Stand/Railway Station.

  Peaceful and memorable

  Firstly the location is breathtaking , just 3 minutes walk to Har ki Pauri and another 3 minutes to the iconic Mohanji puriwale. The Hotel is on Subhas Ghat so o my god the view of Ganga was so satisfying.The hotel is simple, clean with extremely well behaved staff and I think this is all you need when you are on holiday. Photo on the booking website and the real room is absolutely same. Next time I come to Haridwar I will definitely stay here. Thank you Team Gyan keep up the excellent service
