  Hotel correcto

  Hotel correcto para pasar la noche de camino hacia al norte de Belgica. Buen desayuno. Habitaciones limpias. Parking gratis. Un poco alejado de la ciudad, pero si es de paso es mejor ya que no tenes que lidiar con el trafico. Buen descanso.

  Bongo bon

  We went tot this hotel for 2 nights with a voucher called Bongo. We arrived and the lady at the reception was very kind. When we came into our room, we saw it was dirty and the bed wasn't made. We received a new room and we could get over it. Our new room had airco but we we're not allow to use it so it was 30 degrees in there. Then it just got worse. At 9 in the morning then started working in the room beneath us and the staff just lied to us and said it wasn't true. Next morning the staff came in our room while we were still in bed. Again they we're unkind and did nothing about it. The hotel is ok but the staff was unkind and unprofessional.

  Nice relaxing stay with our dogs.

  This is a dog friendly hotel nearby the city of Arlon and ideally located only 5' from the highway exit in a woody area. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are simple but ok with very good beds. Food being served in the restaurant was very tasty and service was efficient. Ample parking space available.

  Management need to take responsibility for guest breaking COVID rules

  We stayed at the Ibis Styles whilst enjoying a weekend in the snow. Arrival was great, friendly staff and good initiatives by the hotel to make this a COVID safe stay. However, that's where te good things ended. A large group of Dutch people arrived at the hotel and probably thought that COVID rules don't apply to them. They held parties in their rooms, leaving the doors open en going from one room to another, of course without wearing masks in public areas and whilst shouting at each other down the corridor. The kids made the corridors their play areas, screaming and running down the corridors till late at night. Our kids didn't understand why these kids were allowed to behave like that and kept our awake. Making a comment to the guests and asking the hotel staff to do something about it didn't make any change. If it hadn't be for these people, could have been a nice stay. Hotels management should take their responsibility and not allow such scenes.

  Great position and comfortable stay

  I have had the pleasure to stay at this hotel for a long period of time due to work. The hotel is perfectly positioned: just a couple minutes away from the highway exit and pretty close to the frontier with Luxembourg (10 mins), which makes it very easy to find and reach. The hotel has also been recently renewed, the rooms are clean, comfortable (props to the bed) and well taken care of. The air conditioning worked great, despite being freezing cold outside. The restaurant service provided has been satisfying too.
