  Muy recomendable

  El hotel en relación precio-calidad es barato. La habitación es muy cómoda y funciona todo como debe ser. El desayuno tiene muchas opciones variadas y es abundante. La cena, incluida dentro del precio, está bien. Sin dudas volveria a este lugar.

  Holidays in Chisinau

  Hotel with a amazing location at the center of Chisinau, with amazing view to the horizon of chisineu, room very confortable facilities very good, amazing food and extremly nice the attention of the staff an special mentionfor Anastasia in the reception full attention and extremely helpfull and nice person and another special mention to Galinda which even found my phone when I lost it (that you will not found it in any another hotel in Chisinau) and also she can cordinated any trip which you are planning inside of Moldova and extremly nice and kind, my high recommendation for this hotel and full confidence

  Okay room, good breakfast

  The room that was booked for me had two small single beds, across the room from each other. Both beds were clean and the room was in general good repair. There was a mini fridge stocked with drinks and snacks (separate cost) and a complimentary bottle of water on the TV stand. The bathroom had a "swedish" style shower cabinet in it, which worked well enough, although a bit small for my comfort. My view was of the neighboring building and parking lot, so nothing to discuss there. The highlight of this establishment was the included breakfast. The assortment of cooked and cold foods should satisfy anyone's needs. The buffet style breakfast area was clean and manned by an attentive staff member. Food was constantly restocked/refreshed. Overall, the room was okay, although I've certainly slept in more comfortable accommodations. The room was fairly quiet, so at least sleep wasn't disturbed. I can't speak to the cost, as that was covered. I'm not certain I'd want to stay here on my own dime, although it certainly could have been worse.

  New place in a renewing district

  We spent here more days last week for a celebration. The visit was a pleasant surprise for me: a modern location and obvious efforts for keeping high standards. But...the neverending problem = the lack of staff. Here, for example, there is insufficient upkeep/maintenance team: impaired lock doors, a safety box closed [which they did not fix, despite our demand.], malfunction of HVAC device. In particular, the trouble with car parking: there is one much too small (only ab. 10 places) for a such large hotel (ab. 150 rooms). On the other hand - suitable trumps: large and comfortable rooms (as a superior category ones); good and various food for breakfast; young and kind desk staff, eager to learn and improve education. And I may their permission for a suggestion: get and keep the trend for environment-friendly servicing = it's not necessary to replace towels or glasses every day!...

  Good quality / price ratio

  The location of the hotel is fine. It is not right in the center (30 minutes on foot) but still in quite a busy part of the city with restaurants and shops. The interior of the hotel and the rooms are not too large, but there is everything that is needed. Some things in the rooms would need maintenance, but everything was clean and regularly cleaned. Very pleasant are small additional items such as an ATM in the lobby or tea and coffee are available in the room.
