MUY BUENO
Este hotel ha sido remodelado hace poco un sitio estupendo unos espacios verdes muy bien mantenidos,piscinas extérior y intérior,unas habitaciones (suite) muy espaciosas con vista al mar,playa privadas ,en pocas palabras u n lujo a l'alcance de todos.. El personal muy atento y aun la poca ocupacion tambien habia animacion. El restaurante bufet muy variado y abundante. Muy bien señores a veces lo barato ambien es lo mejor.

Vacaciones y boda en tunez
Hotel tipo resort donde puedes escojer todo incluido. Dispone de habitaciones amplias y confortables con buenas vistas. Dos piscinas, una de ella con toboganes. Multitud de animaciones por el dia y por la noche. Ideal para viajar con niños, disponen ademas de dos kidsclub. Restaurante tipo buffet aunque tambien es recomendable salir un poco a conocer el resto de la ciudad y probar comida tipica.

5 points clearly are not enough to rate Khayam Garden for us they are a full 10
Its my third visit to Khayam Garden and again it was just amazing. I dont even know where to start, maybe at the top? The Director Mr. Haykel is one kind of a man, I think Ive never met someone so loving and kind. When we had a issue in seconds he took care of it and he does that every time, he treats guests like family members and looks out for their best. At the Reception you have kind Persons who will welcome you and look after everything you need, even if its a health issue they come to help with their knowledge or even strength, like when my mom hurt her leg and they carried her up to her room, great guys!! The Staff in the Restaurant is just so kind and helpful, always a table ready with our standard white wine and water. We really like the food from the Restaurant although they could spice a little more sometimes. But you can just help yourself with salt and pepper and you can enjoy the delicious food even more. Now the most amazing Part of the Hotel is definitely the Animation Team with their hardworking Chef Mohamed. I dont even know where to start they are all just simply amazing. Papa Blacky who is just an Energyman with great dance moves, makes you laugh and cheers you up whenever you feel down, he has always an open ear to listen and playing Killer dart with him is just a must do. I really love this man with all my heart. Also a must do is playing Botcha with Sam, I never played this before but playing with him in Summer made me love this Game, he makes sure you have a good and fair game and also an absolute great time! Such a nice Guy with a big heart on the right spot ;) Kimo another energyman he can not not make you laugh with him together youll never have a bad or boring time, even early in the morning this guy is full of good energy. Rio is such a kind and lovely and you can have great conversations with him, doing Zumba with him should also be a must do! Momo one of the best dancers Ive ever met. Hes dancing skills leave you shock just great! Minidisco with Dali looks always like so much fun and youd wish you were a Kid again to join in, but you can do that even when your an Adult :P Fatima a wonderful women with a big heart for everybody and everything!! Mido plays the best music during the Day in the Box outside also a good guy. Banana is the sport man in Summer we went to Aqua Gym every single Day, you dont think you would do sport in beach holidays but he does it so good and motivates you to push yourself as far as you can go! I just simply love them all, they work great, they make the funniest shows and the best dances and you can see and feel that their number one mission is to entertain the guests and make them feel good and they truly do that every day. Also a shoutout to Madi, Ziko and Lani from Fram (French animation) you are amazing too. If you are looking for a nice Family or Friends Holiday with great entertainment and wonderful Staff working there you are perfectly right in Khayam Garden. I left a piece of my heart there and gained loads of new people who I truly can call Family!!

Tunisia , super hotel.
a fab hotel, great food, nice rooms tidied every day. The hotel is very spacious and its grounds and pools are super, no need to put towels on sunbeds as there are plenty I even got a deck chair as I am well over seventy. the Hotel was so good that we booked to go back next September, For some reason we got it a bit cheaper although the hotel is moderately priced. We loved it.

Wonderful Holiday Exceeded our Expectations
We've just got back from a three week out of season break at the Khayam Garden Beach and enjoyed every minute of it . The hotel was very luxurious for the cheap deal we got , much better than we expected for the price . The room was large and had a big patio facing the front of the hotel overlooking the tennis courts . There was a free safe , fridge , hairdryer ,even a tin of insect spray ( which we didn't need) . The beds were very comfy as well as the pillows so we slept well . Our cleaner Salwa kept the room spotless & changed our linens regularly . Lovely lady , as were all the cleaners we met who kept the whole hotel shiny & smelling of jasmine & orange floor wax . We arrived late evening & were issued with our all inclusive bracelets by the charming receptionist & shown to the dining room to eat before filling in the forms & being taken to our room by the porter . The Dining Room :- Linen tablecloths , napkins & 2 sets of cutlery & glasses , no lack of salt & pepper shakers . The waiters all very professional & attentive ,as were the chefs who were proud to explain the dishes on offer & staffed the show cooking grill . The array of dishes on offer at every meal was fabulous & I took loads of photos as I enjoy my food & think other foodies would love it too. There were 2 types of soup every meal , all delicious but my favourites were the creamy pumpkin , the spicy shrimp bisque , the pea , a fish soup with a hint of star anise and an unusual caper soup . I mustn't forget the tasty Tunisian soups that I really enjoyed . Some of my memorable choices from the grill were the fried squid , the quail & the mixed grill with liver and spicy lamb sausages ( merguez). My husband mostly chose the freshly grilled fish of the day . Other delightful dishes included stuffed squid , fish kefta , chicken kefta , veggie dumplings , leek & cauliflower fritters . Oh and little turkey meat balls with a hot cheese surprise when you bit into them , delicious ! There were of course a choice of local dishes , couscous , lamb stews , tajines etc along with a pasta station & a pizza chef with his delicious pizzas . The salads were varied & fresh as were the fruits selection . I had my first ever prickly pear & enjoyed the grapes , plums , dates, pears & pomegranit seeds . The pastry chef made lovely tarts and cakes & there was always ice cream . The local bottled red wine was lovely and there were no dreaded plastic beakers in sight , always a nice wine glass or tumbler for the spirits . There is a choice of soft drinks , beer , red , rosé & white wines as well as sparkling or still water . No need to pay for bottled water , just ask in the restaurant or bar for one to take to your room . I don't normally eat breakfast but the lovely healthy selection put out every morning was very tempting , gorgeous doughnuts with a sprinkle of vanilla sugar or honey , pancakes , natural yogurt with honey & halva , dates , raisins , dried figs . I was pleased that lemons & honey were always available for my morning drink & my husband enjoyed his green mint tea .We didn't try the fruit juices from the machine or the coffee so cannot comment . There was an egg station with soft & hard boiled , scrambled ,fried & omelettes . Rice pudding , frankfurter sausages , tomatoes , potatoes ,vegetables . Of course cereals , jams , pastries , breads & cakes , fruits . Our main waiter , Saha would always have our favourite wine ready on our table & decorated it beautifully for our last meal . All the waiting staff deserve a mention as they were very professional & attentive . Bar :- Open 24 hours a day which was very useful on our last day as you can have a coffee & croissant before setting off for an early flight home . The barmen were in the majority good but one was excellent ,Mohamed Rice who quickly learnt our favourite drinks & had them ready with a dish of peanuts or olives when he saw us arriving at the bar . The all in drinks were excellent quality , I mostly drank gin & tonic or rum & coke ( both mixers were the real thing , not out of a machine ). My husband enjoyed the pastis . Many cocktails are included in the all in , and others like mojito or ones with freshly squeezed orange are extra of course . We were impressed with the quality of the all inclusive choice . The Animation :- We are always happy when a hotel is nice & quiet out of season , not too many tourists & not too noisy & busy . Others like lots going on & if that is your case you will love the team of animators at the Khayam Garden . They are such fun that we found we also joined in several games & quizzes . They are a great team and I cannot mention them all , but my real favourites were Blacky , a bundle of pure joy , the lovely Fatima & beautiful Gee Gee . On Thursdays a special welcome Fram cocktail evening is served with titbits , sangria and alcoholic and non alcoholic colourful cocktails . Music & lots of laughter & dancing . Tuesday nights is Tunisian themed with speciality foods , soups , cakes & a folklore show afterwards . This is the time to dress up in your colourful Tunisian outfit you bought in the souk & join in the fun. The weather was pleasant in November & we sat by the pool with drinks in the sun fairly often . The heated pool upstairs with its sundeck was also a great place to work on your tan . The beach is clean and private . There is a fitness room with modern equipment free of charge , a sauna & massage service , extra . There is also a hairdressers on site & the shop inside the hotel grounds deserves a mention as it had very good fixed prices which would be hard to beat in the souk . They sell anything you may have forgotten to pack like swimsuits , suntan lotions etc to snacks , cigarettes ,dates & spices and loads of choices for gifts to take back . A very nice man running the shop . The Reception is staffed 24 hours by pleasant staff who will give you an early morning call or change money at a very good rate . They are always on hand if you have a question or to solve any problem you might have . They speak just about all languages , quite amazing . There is a small library with paperbacks opposite the reception .The hotel free WiFi is very good , I even had it up in the room . Situation of Hotel :- We walked to nearby Nabeul Town centre most mornings to pick up a newspaper and browse in the shops or bargain in the Medina . It's a good half an hour healthy walk . The taxi from outside the hotel is only 4 dinars if you prefer . Fridays is the weekly Souk / market day which is well worth a visit . There is the bus number 115 which will take you to nearby Hammamet for 780 millimes or to Yasmine for 1 dinar 350 millimes each . It is a 58 minute bus ride and well worth the trip out . If you prefer a taxi to the bus then count 11 dinars to Hammamet and ask the driver to put his counter on if you wish to go further afield . There are horse & carriages available for those that like them . There are numerous trips out to Carthage , Tunis & Sidi Bou Said with the tour operators . We were treated like Royalty during our stay and would certainly go back if we got another cheap out of season offer . I really do recommend the Khayam Garden for the quality price .
