  Muy buena opción para hospedarse cuando encuentras precios en oferta

  EL hotel esta en un sector residencial bastante tranquilo, es pequeño algo antiguo pero las habitaciones son bastante comodas y limpias, un poco estrechas pero ofrecen una buena ducha con agua lo suficientemente caliente, deliciosos jabones de baño y tocador. una cafetera con cafe o te instantaneo que realmene ayudan a recuperar la energía luego de algunas horas de caminata en Paris. La estación de metro mas cercana se encuentra a unas 5 cuadras, es accesible y si reservan con tiempo pueden conseguir un buen precio por el lugar al que se puede llegar por metro o por bus.

  Buen hotel

  Aunque está alejado de todo, y del metro. La habitación es perfecta con café y té a toda hora. La atención de los recepcionistas fenomenal. Fue nuestro primer viaje en pareja y la pasamos fenomenal. Fue dificil de encontrar

  Disappointed!!!

  Not a recommended hotel,. Not even close. Dirty hotel. Dirty rooms (walls, wc etc). Dirty carpets. Smells everywhere and especially in the room!! Poor breakfast. If something is finish from the buffet they are not refill it. You have to cook your own breakfast!! Used tables in the breakfast area always dirty and full of cups and plates. One elevator, always busy.... Come on guys, you are not serious!!! You need a full update in every level. I m very sorry.

  Dirty, wet, moisi...

  Unfortunately I got a very very bad room! I know that you have to lower down your expectations on standards being in Paris, but a totally wet carpet (obviously from the bathroom of my neighbors room) and mould on all over the wall. An old blade beside the bed was just the candle on the cake...

  Not recommended for tourists!

  We booked this hotel prior to checking the reviews thoroughly in which we discovered that lots of other reviewers disliked their stay, so we were prepared for the worst, thankfully though, it wasn't as bad as anticipated. In short, this hotel isnt recommended unless you have a specific business in the local area of Malakoff, so definitely not for tourists. Two metros are within 10-15mins of walking, but it will take around 30mins via that to get to the center of the city. There is a small shop around the corner of the hotel. The hotel is located in the suburbs, which are pleasant enough in my opinion and give a quieter, calmer atmosphere than the busier parts of the city. The room we had was a Classic Room with a Queen Bed. The cleanliness of the hotel room isnt great, although the toilet, shower, and bed were clean (which is the most important in my opinion) so not actually as bad as other reviewers' experiences. However, the carpet was filthy and was in need of a significant clean, the room safe wasnt reset so we were unable to store valuables and in trying to speak to the receptionist about it, the one on shift only spoke enough English to tell us that she didnt understand us. The air conditioning unit was very squeaky and also very dusty and the lightbulb in the bathroom was flickering (which was mildly humorous as the hotel is themed around lightbulbs). The queen-sized bed was only two very simple beds put together with poor quality pillows and a thin duvet, enough to sleep with but not very comfortable as the mattresses felt very used and uneven. The room wasnt small like other images Ive seen but still felt cramped in some places. Others have commented in their reviews that there was an awful smell in the hotel walkways and the rooms and we could smell this too, its probably sewage systems, but in honesty, it wasnt bad enough to disturb our stay. On the plus side, the room did have enough amenities from a mini-fridge, hand dryer and complimentary coffees with a kettle, it does offer in-room service although we didnt try this. The room was quiet enough (air-con issues aside) although Im not sure how busy it was as this is a quiet time of the year, so we mightve been lucky that there were not many other guests. Others mentioned in their reviews that the lift was always busy, but we didnt experience this when using it. On a positive, despite the language barrier above, the staff were friendly and when liaising with one of them during checkout she was helpful to arrange a taxi to the airport. The airport we traveled from was CDG so it was a good 45min+ away from the hotel, so exercise caution if youre traveling from this. The hotel is not too expensive, but its not cheap either. I echo from the other reviewers that if it took a bit more pride in itself, it would be more of a pleasing stay, but for a Mercure branded hotel, its no way near up to the standard expected.
