  Este viaje lo emprendimos con mi esposo netamente de vacaciones siempre lo convinamos con trabajo. Lei todos los comentarios de los usuarios de Tripadvisor,xque disponiamos de 5 dias, despues de meditar a que zona ibamos de la Cerdeña decidimos ir a la costa Esmeralda. Arrivamos a Olbia 2 hs. mas tarde de lo previsto por el retrazo de la aerolinea, ohhhhhhhhh primer inconveniente...... comentados por los socios de tripadvisor, nos dieron de baja la reserva del auto y voaila!!! no huvo forma de reclamo, muy mal atendidos por la gente de Family, quedamos solos en esa galeria donde estaban todas las agencia, al ver que preguantabamos en una y en otro lugar nos iban subiendo el precio al doble de lo que lo habiamos reservados, con la escusa que no habia.......,en fin tuvimos que tranzar con una agencia sin nombre y pagar los que nos pidio, pasado el mal momento tomamos el auto, sucio, con ruidos ect. ustedes avisaron !!!!chicos, estuvo buena la advertencia, Camino a nuestro Hotel el Punta Est nos cruzamos con algunos de los hoteles que habiamos elegido y fuimos dando de baja por intuicion x que no estan a la altura de las expectativas, la mayoria te dice que esta cerca de la playa....... y esta a 2 k vez las panoramica es cierto vez el mar pero esta lejisimo, llegamos al hotel y nos encanto, realmente esta a 200 mtros de la playa muy limpio re limpio el personal es encantador tratan de cubrir alguno baches, sobre todo horarios del desayuno y cena muy corto y temprano, para los latinos es un esfuerzo, por que si no llegas al primer turno no queda nada, no repone casi nada, por esta cuestion hubo varias quejas no solamente nuestras sino de otros pasajeros (otro comentario de los socios), pero los mozos trataban de que no fuera a mayores, en general es agradable, es una de las propuesta en la baja Cerdeña en calidad precio optima, estas cerca de los restaurantes de la callecita principal, lo disfrute mucho, vuelvo a repetir los empleados muy educados y solicitos a cualquier cosa que necesitabas.Nuestro recorrido fue de corto vuelo porque acostubrados a la pampa que haces 35k en 30 minutos o menos, lo escarpado de la costa curva contra curva el tiempo que te lleva estacionar, (para los mas jovenes esta copado la moto), esos 35 k se te hacen horas y todo lo que querias ver queda para otra oportunidad, recorimos Cala Di Volpe, Porto Cervo ,( parece puerto Banus con mas vegetacion) las calas son bellisima ese color del agua la temperatura es Caribe!, Llegamos hasta Palau y ahi tomamos el ferry hasta la isla La Magdalena Fantastica!!.fuimos a ruinas paleoliticas en un pueblo que se llama Arzachena y ya se fueron los 5 dias!! de ahi continuamos a Split Croacia, Agradesco la informacion Monica

  Excelente Hotel.excelente gastronomia

  Me aloje a fines de Agosto con mi señora.Las habitaciones muy confortables y limpias.El desayuno muy completo y es para destacar el menu de la cena muy bien presentado y muy variado el menu.Con respecto a la ubicacion es perfecta para el descanso y se encuentra a 200 metros de la playa .todo excelente es para volver a descansar y pasarla muy bien

  Nice Room - Strange Hotel Rules

  We stayed at Hotel Punta Est for 4 nights in early August in a Junior suite PROS: - Large room and bathroom with good shower. Great bathroom amenities, lots of storage in room and a Good size balcony (however uncomfortable chairs) - We virtually had the pool to ourselves during our stay which was nice. - Restaurant service was good / reception manager was friendly - Location is good, it is in walking distance to restaurants / beach CONS: - No iron board in room, you must pay a laundry service to get your clothes ironed! - Pool towels are 5 each - The food at breakfast was not great, it included a small selection of pastries, cold meats, cheese and fruit. My husband had a rotten watermelon one morning. Also breakfast ends at 9:30am! - The pool is closed between 1:30-4pm? - You are allocated a table as per your room number at the restaurant. Our table was against a column. We wanted to sit next to the window but we were not allowed, we were told to move to our allocated table. - Overall hotel furniture is outdated - Difficult booking via email, they were not on any booking website - It is VERY expensive for what you get.. Overall we believe that the rules let this hotel down a lot for us, we probably would not choose to stay here again - we believe it is not value for money.

  Very nice hotel, convenient located. Food average.

  We stayed for one week there. Rooms quite small. Very clean. Located close to the sea (about 2 minutes walk). Food was rather average (especially in the morning) if you consider what is available in Sardegna or Italy in general. Too big portions in the evening. Very friendly staff! It is better to speak Gemran than English.

  Great location, very clean - most of the staff is great

  The hotel i well situated to a wonderful beach that is very easy to get to. They keep the hotel clean and the rooms are very sweet. I was traveling by myself and was surprised to find upon check in that they only had a few single rooms which were in the back after I was led to believe by my travel agent that it might be possible to have a sea view. She told me she was told this by the hotel but sounds like there was a misunderstanding. I was happy with my room in the end and it was nice and quiet and the AC worked great. The only issue was the cigarette smoke that sometimes entered into the room from the other balconies when I wanted to have my door open. I was quite happy with the food and the professionalism and friendliness of the restaurant staff. They were great! You are required to sit at the same table every day which they assign, and this helps the wait staff to know your needs. The host at first gave me a table I was not happy with but he changed it for me. The breakfast was wonderful, lots to choose from with healthy options, and the dinners went from just ok to amazing on different nights. Well worth the price. You might want to know that although they are close to the beach, beach chairs and umbrellas are not offered as part of the hotel service. You have to rent them (18euros per day) at the beach and you need to pay the hotel 5 euros for towel that you can keep the whole time if you like. The entrance to the parking lot in the back of the hotel is not that easy to find and there are limited parking spaces. There is a few spillover lot next door. Most of the staff was wonderful but I found a few exceptions in the older gentlemen at the reception desk. I didn't feel so welcomed by them. Thats why I can't give this 5 stars. The women however were great and the night staff was also great.
