  Sputnik hotel Batumi

  We were staying for 2 nights at this hotel, that was my worst experience , in the room you can feel the smell of damp and moist carpet, even their staff dont know how they should make a bed ! The restaurants service was terrible, we ordered 1 soup and 1 stew with chicken, after 1 hour they bright soup and after 1 hour and half they brought the stew and I have to return it cause I found hair in it !!!

  My worst stay in Georgia

  The hotel was absolutely dirty. The carpet in the room was wet the floor the entire room had a very bad smell the entire time. There was no Wi-Fi connection in the room. As the signals were too weak to connect. From the hygiene standpoint the room was not in the best shape either. The blanket covers had hair in it and the lighting in the room was not sufficient. We also tried the restaurant under roof tile and balcony and there was hair in the food. All in all, I do not recommend this hotel. On the way out of one of the elevators were also out of service there for the wait for the elevator longer than expected

  Hotel de 4* pero no adaptado a los estándares europeos

  La habitación familiar no estaba preparada cuando llegamos. Al día siguiente no hicieron las camas. Tuvimos que reclamar dos veces a la recepcionista para que arreglasen la habitación. Una vez por la tarde y otra cuando llegamos después de cenar. La atención de la recepcionista de nombre Lizi es lo menos profesional que he visto en mucho tiempo. Las bandejas de room service que estaban en los pasillos por la noche, seguían ahí por la mañana. La decoración del hotel está enfocada al cliente ruso y turco. No es un hotel para europeos. Las paredes del baño estaban sucias. Para olvidar, vamos...

  Airconditioning issues

  We stayed from 7 to 9 November 2019. Hotel is clean, room in good condition, toilet had some mildew at bottom of shower, balcony clean. Airconditioning does not work in winter season, despite hot room. Only warm air is available. We were told this is the norm here (it is usually the case in many other hotels), and we could open the windows for cold air. We did, night was okay, we kept balcony door open until we returned in the evening to find the room infested with many many bugs and flies. Receptionist told us this is due to surrounding woods, and we should keep window closed!! In effect, the room was hot always. Hotel should install bug screens, or keep airconditioning available all year round. Breakfast was served plate style. Room was dark.

  Avoid this hotel!! Worst hotel experience

  To tell a long story short - We booked this hotel only because it has a pool. since we have small kids ( 3 yrs and 11 months) We specified the need in the pool during the booking and the manager confirmed that they have a pool, but "forgot" to mention that it's not functioning,.We would never stay there if we knew it, because you have to drive to the beach! I would book even an apartment so far away from the sea! Arrived at the hotel in the evening, seemed like we were the only guests. Had to light up the torches on our cellphones to find our room. No air conditioning (due to regulations). The next morning breakfast, that supposed to start at 9:00 was not ready at 9:30 and we were told to wait half an hour more :D In order not to spend the whole morning waiting for breakfast, we ate outside. The pool which supposed to "open" on that day, was as dirty as it was when we arrived. Since no one knew when it will start functioning, we decided to move to another hotel and guess what? They charged us for full 2 nights, including breakfast that was never served to us! In order to avoid double payment, we were forced to stay that night. In the morning breakfast was served to our room ( never asked for it) - it's barely called Breakfast! The room was repaired really long ago, then it was cleaned - full of dirt under the bed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!! Avoid this hotel if you don't want to be cheated!
