  Beautiful hotel but poor food

  The interior of this hotel is beautiful with a lounge and bar with very reasonably priced drinks. The room was more than adequate, fairly spacious and clean. The staff were ok but the food is a let down. We stayed there for three nights and the evening meal for the first two nights was really terrible (its not often I don't enjoy my food) but on the third night the food was excellent. Why oh why were the first two nights so poor. Breakfast was ok but not a very big selection. If the food improved I would stay there again.

  Sorry spa is closed

  It was early October but the hotel was busy with a conference group celebrating European Folk music. Massages were not available, nor jacuzzi and the sauna could be started to Eur25/person. The room was clean and basic but quiet. The 'buffet' breakfast was essentially inedible cakes, dried toast and stale bread, super sweet yoghurt. Fiuggi is a resort spa town which had its heyday in the 1920's. There are a lot of hotel choices but my impression is that many hotels, including this one aren't trying hard to attract a new generation of guests

  I been last weekend, very very disappointed about the "double" room they give me... basicly two single bed close to each other with a hole in between.... No Way!! If I asked for a double i was expected at least a double bed, even if should be a king size one, anyway they gave me another room with a little piece of mattress that let you feel less the hole between two singles...so yes still have two single bed pretending to be a king size...Very Very Bad!! All the reviews in the whole Fiuggi hotel places describe clearly as a "city for old people" and i wonder.. how an old person could ever sleep in that kind of mattress so uncomfortable? Five star are only for Alessandra who's look after my breakfast that was very good and she is been so professional that let me forgot about that night spend in that awful bed... and then Veronica the Spa manager she make the best of everything with that stunning Spa!! The whole hotel overall should Thanks them for adjust all the lack the daily reception has.

  Lovely Spa!!

  I went to the Touring hotel for a spa day. Alessandro at the reception was incredibly helpful and kind, he offered me a coffee whilst I was waiting. The Spa is very intimate , the right place to relax. I also had a full body massage, Daniela the therapist was very sweet and made sure to accommodate any request I had. I highly recommend this place if you happen to be in Fiuggi!!

  Not very satisfied

  Few of the staff members are professional, the spa is really nice and relaxing but many facilities dont work properly, the room is smaller than what it looks on the web sites pictures and not very clean.
