  Hotel bueno y comodo

  Muy buen hotel, para los que van a estár cerca por trabajo, muy lejos del centro de la ciudad, donde hay muchos lugares bonitos para visitar, obligado alquilar vehículo, no hay transporte público cerca, no se puede caminar libremente por que los pasos peatonales desaparecen y hay letreros de no caminar por los lados de la carretera.

  Excelente servicio

  Excelente servicio, habitaciones cómodas y amabilidad del personal. Las habitaciones cuentan con refrigerador, aire acondicionado y las camas son muy cómodas, además de contar con cafetera dentro de la habitación

  Nice

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and roomy. The location was amazing. Right on the middle of everything. They were following sanitizing protocol during this time. No contact checkin also.

  I don't know that I will be back

  The hotel has great reviews which sounded promising. We did not have a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. We only had an issue with one staff member named Pam who we called and made the reservation with. She was so nice/sweet/polite/accommodating but she didn't put notes on anything we had talked to her about. We wanted a room on the top floor. She said no problem. When we got to the hotel, we were on the 3rd for of 6. We asked for a late check out. She said it couldn't be guaranteed but it shouldn't be a problem. House keeping showed up at 12 wanting to clean our room. For a top floor room, you have to pay an extra $5 which we did to be on the 6th floor. For late check out, you have to pay $20. The front desk staff was sweet and did not charge us this additional fee. Pros...the room is roomy. The pillows were comfy. There was no sound from the hallway (we were in room 604). Due to covid, you have to make a reservation for the pool (on the hour, for and hour, every hour). We had no problems with this and it was nice to know there wouldn't be a ton of people in the pool area. Most of the room was clean. (Pull out couch was nasty dirty!) Parking was not an issue. The area has lots of stores and restaurants around it. Breakfast was the best they could do. With Covid protocols, everything is limited. They had apple and orange juice, milk, coffee, fresh fruit, fruit cups, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and croissants. We totally understand it is what it is. Cons...the pull out bed was so dirty! There were crumbs, chunks of food and hair that was not cleaned from the couch. The mattress to the pull out bed was stained. The bag of sheets/blankets that you have to get down stairs doesn't have a fitted sheet, it has a protection mat, a flat sheet, one pillow and one blanket. We had to go back down stairs to get another bag of pillows/blankets/sheets. No bed bug covers on the beds. Mattresses are a double which is tight for 2 people who are used to sleeping on a queen. We made it work. When we arrived, the heater was set to 72. We turned it down to 68 because it was stuffy in the room. We went to the pool and then to dinner. When we got back it was still showing 72 in the room. My husband turned the thermostat down to 66. When we went to bed it was showing 66 degrees. Around 3:30 am, I woke up and it was freezing in the room. The thermostat showed 49 degrees. My husband got up and tinkered around with the thermostat until the heat kicked on. We went back to sleep and woke back up at 8:00 am and it was 50 degrees in the room. I turned the heat up to 80 degrees. The heat kicked on and then within 15-20 minutes said that it had hit 80 degrees???? The room was not as cold but it was not 80. We were getting ready for a cheer competition and didn't have time to keep messing with it. The area for the shower and toilet are itty bitty. When you open the bathroom door it almost hits the toilet. The light in the shower was also really dim. The room layout was really strange for us. There seemed to be a lot of wasted space.

  An awful experience

  The hotel was very dirty, particularly the floors in every part of the hotel. Our room was no different. The staff is fairly rude. The pool area is dirty and rundown. We left after two and a half hours as it was worth losing the money to leave. Will never recommend.
