  Great hotel!

  Clean and cozy rooms, marvelous location! There's a ride from the hotel to the lifts, which leaves whenever you ask for it. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. One example is that I drink my coffee with soy milk, which they originally didn't have. But once I asked for it once they got it and remembered it (the entire staff) for the whole week! Room cleaning is done not once, but TWICE a day (once in the morning and once around dinner time) One small suggestion is to have the waves pool more warmer (maybe some people prefer it to be just warm, but for me personally it should be as hot as it gets)

  Exceeded my expectations!

  First time I am writting a review, while I'm still living at the hotel. Because I need to share my impressions :) The service and people working here are fantastic. Every single person here is so nice, smiling, helping. And all these emotions are natural and real. Before the visit I've asked by e-mail for higher floor, calm side and the balcony. And we got everything. Great! The room is spacious, clean, cosy, well equiped. There is a room service twice a day! One - general (fresh towels: a set of 3 for each person; cleaning and etc.). Second - making up the bed in the evening for the night. A pleasant surprise :) Lovely SPA area. Benefits: towels free of charge, hot tea (different every day), water, relaxing music, wide choise of massages. Swimming pool area has large windows to the mountains! Sauna and Turkish bath - modern, new, relaxing. Free shutle service to the main lifts: 5 Laghi and Spinale. There is no need to book it in advance. Just come up and go. After skiing we call the hotel and in a few moments the shuttle bus is at place. Good and heated ski room. Breakfast is rich: omlette, sausages, boiled eggs, fresh vegetables (tomattoes, cucumbers), cheeses, cold meats, pastries! I would say compliments for the dinner. It is a la carte (you make choises during breakfast) and a buffet style salad bar. Loved it! Wifi is free of charge. The speed is not for watching movies, but enough for e-mails, social sites and news. Wifi working on the top floor (3) as well :) 100 meters away there is a good pizzeria (and not only) "Antica Focolare". 100 meters to the left (as if you're driving from hotels parking place) there is a normal supermarket. So, I have not a single bad word to say. I would like to give an example of a good service. One morning the breakfast room was a little bit crowded and noisy. The same moment guests, who came later, where offered the next morning to order anything they want and to have breakfast in their rooms. Very nice gesture! The next example: there was a welcome dinner (a set menu). When I didn't touch my portion of carpachio Mrs. Rachel came up and offered me to have something else (fresh or grilled vegetables or etc). Very pleasant gesture. A personal touch. And it is always here like this: people working here are so attentive to the details! They are always trying to walk an extra mile for you. :) I am so glad staying here.

  Best Jam Ever at Hotel Ideal

  I had the pleasure to spend few days with family at Hotel Ideal right after New Year Eve. It was a very nice and positive experience, enriched by the courtesy of the staff and the Cozzini family members. Rooms were spacious with a nice view on the Brenta chain; ski room was super modern and well organised; breakfast was rich with a proposition of home made jams to die for; also parking was very convenient as well as the shuttle service to the slopes. The SPA is also very nice with all you need after a ski day. Hotel Ideal is also well located at a walking distance from Madonnas city centre. Overall, a very nice stay I will no doubt repeat in the next coming future!

  Beautiful hotel, exceptional cleaning and services!

  The hotel is situated very close to Spinale and 5 Laghi slopes, just a few minutes walk or two minutes by shuttle. Spacious rooms, very well maintained interiors. Large and beautiful spa, very well kept. The restaurant is exceptional, food is delicious and everyone is friendly and always ready to help. Thank guys for making my holiday great!

  Loved Everything!

  Kudos to Giorgio, Rachele, Andrea, Alessandra, Matteo and everyone on the staff at Hotel Ideal for making our recent ski club week such a pleasurable and successful one! My husband and I had led ski groups to this hotel twice before, and this third visit was the best of them all. Grazie Mille a Tutti! The service, the rooms, the food at breakfast and dinner, the sparkling cleanliness everywhere, the bar and public spaces, the ski room, the spa and pool area were all absolutely tops!! We loved the wine at dinner, and everyone raved about the abundant salad bar and other food choices available each night. Special diets were given careful attention, and that was most appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel to any ski groups looking for a friendly and comfortable stay in a family hotel that is run with love!
