  The hotel is quite good, fresh new. Rooms is fabulous, clean and comfort. Breakfast is good, and there is a DJ during the breakfast, which. I. never seen in other. hotel in this area. Front desk is professional, the leady is sweet.

  good feelings

  When I arrived the hotel,the front desk which called Eva Liu Received me,and gave me check-in so nicely.That makes me feel great at the first time. The room of the hotel was clean and quit,easy to get sleep.The bed was comfortable,that impress me deeply.Room service was quickly and user-friendly,and at the same time,I wanna thank for Eva's help,She is very patient, as is shown in her work.

  Value for money for it's location and facilities

  Hotel is just about 15 minutes walking distance from Zhengzhou East Railway station, so it is very convenience and surrounding the hotel, there are quite a number of places to eat and shop. Check-in and check-out is efficient and thank you for the room upgrade which is a plus to me and I requested for a late check-out, as I returned to the hotel after my meetings which was already 2 plus in the afternoon. Breakfast is included in the package, but breakfast was just okay, with limited varieties and it taste just average. Other than that, everything was great. Will be back for my next trip to Zhengzhou!

  Worst hotel in China

  Without a doubt, the worst hotel in China that Id been in thus far because there is no service to speak of. No tour desk, no concierge and they dont help guests to send something small like a postcard overseas, which is unheard of for an international chain. I had worked in hotels before and we always helped the guests to mail letters, postcards, parcels. The staff in Sheraton Qingdao and Wanda Realm Nanjing offered to bring the postcard to the nearest post office to send it but the staff at Innside simply said its not done here. They did offer their courier service which costs over 100RMB to send a postcard out of China. Excuse me, 100rmb for a postcard? Are you sending it to the moon?

  A nice hotel with high C/P value

  Good location. Fifteen minutes walk from the Zhengzhou East Station. Convenient for tourists who arrive Zhengzhou by train or High Speed Rail. Good amenities in surrounding area. Mid sized room, with simple European-style interior design decoration, is clean, tidy and comfortable. Sound insulation is okay. Breakfast is good. The staff provide excellent service. This is a nice hotel with high C/P value.
