  O.K. But not city center

  This hotel had been recommended to us by another hotel during our journey through Cambodia. The hotel is located in a quiet street at about 20 minutes walk from the river and the Royal Palace. Rooms are quite spacious and one can sit outside where there are some long chairs. The place does not look very well maintained. Breakfast is very basic. One day there was only bread and butter left. For $ 35.-- there are probably better options.

  Good hotel but have cockroach

  Staff was very nice and frindly. but one morning during my yummu breakfast which was musli and fruit...10 of giant marture cockroach were everywhere on the floor and 2 was trying to attack my door ( room number 1 ) ......reallu yummy breakfast isnt it ?

  Cosy stay, good environment and friendly staff

  Stay here for one night and found it is peaceful place to stay, 10 minute drive by Tuk Tuk to riverside is not far from the city center. there have many tuk tuk around outside the hotel. Staffs are friendly.

  Good hotel, tucked away in a quiet little corner of Phnom Penh

  Our group of 13 stayed here a couple of nights, occupying most of the rooms--the rooms are spacious, well kept, nicely designed. Modern fixtures, nice finishing on the bathrooms. Nice covered terrace, and breakfast area with a small pond. Food is OK and service staff do their best to help, though their command of english is not yet all that good and there was bit of confusion in ordering breakfast. Going up to the second floor can be difficult if you're saddled with huge or heavy bags. If you're in a group and all plan to go out together in the morning, it is best to tell the staff your breakfast orders the night before, otherwise you may have to wait.

  Great small hotel away from the hustle of the riverfront.

  This is a small hotel which is actually a converted house, they did things right. Don't expect the services of a four or five star hotel like a hotel bar, gym, or pool, but for what it is, you can't beat it. I've stayed in all kinds of hotels in Cambodia and this one is GREAT value for money. A simple breakfast is included. You'll need a motorbike taxi or tuh-tuk to get around and they are all over the area, it's not a problem. I noticed other reviews mentioned the stairs, there is no lift so if you are elderly, ask for a ground floor room. Highly recommended.
