  Stuff,location,good value for the money

  Good location in center of Brko,own parking, breakfast is also good. Clean hotel, good 3* hotel. Stuff is excellent specially Mrs. Deana,she was very helpfull and professional!!! Room is comfortable, toilet clean, bed comfortable. The only funny thing was blanket,it was too small! :)

  Unbeatable location and excellent service

  The hotel counts with decent-size clean rooms in a quiet area. Location in the city is very good also. The staff was very helpful and professional, always ready to assist. On-site free parking area. Breakfast was so so.

  Buena ubicación

  El hotel no ofrece un gran lujo pero está ubicado en la mejor ubicación que puede haber en Brcko. Los precios son muy baratos y las habitaciones se destacan por su limpieza y sencillez. Un aspecto a destacar es el desayuno. Creo que este hotel es el mejor de la ciudad.

  Quite a kitsch place for a one night stay

  Stayed here for one night with friends, its very kitsch from the main reception right to through to the rooms but that was part of the charm. Most importantly it was clean and very centrally located, close to all the places you would want to go and check out in Brcko. I particularly loved the handover ironing service and for that alone would go back when next in Brcko.

  Basic hotel facilities but economical.

  Overall this hotel has a few features to support a business traveller. Breakfast was quite good and staff courteous. We needed to have desks in rooms to work at night. We did get desks supplied but rooms too small and desks were also too small for effective working; room chairs were also not suitable for PC based working arrangements; Internet performance was patchy. The hotel has one tiny elevator, no one to help with bags and we had multiple bags for a long stay; stairwells are so poorly lit that they are hazardous at night. Bathrooms have bath and shower combined and shower is supposed to be adjustable height. The shower head would not remain at stand-up height. The staff are overall very pleasant and do try to be responsive to guests needs. There is a meeting room that is OK for groups. This is perhaps the best hotel available but not conducive to lengthy working in the rooms.
