  Para ser un hotel 5 estrellas le falta muchisimo

  Debí ser la primera peruana en llegar a este hotel y creo que la única jejeje. Este hotel es relativamente nuevo creo que tenia 2 meses de inaugurado cuando estuve por alla, por eso entiendo que hayan algunas cosas que aun tengan errores. Las instalaciones son lindas, los cuartos son muy simpáticos y la vista es increíble, desde cualquier cuarto. La comida variada, y de muy buena sazón , pero a veces daba la impresion que era reciclada del dia anterior como las verduras. La atención del personal es super atenta a pesar de que mi idioma turco no es ni básico , a excepción del Gerente General, que es un antipático, una persona que no sabe como atender y es incapaz de mirarte a la cara. En cuanto al personal de entretenimiento , me parecio pesimo, siempre repetian lo mismo , y se les veia mas disfrutando del gimnasio y del alcohol del hotel que de los huéspedes, al único que si veía trabajando era al animador de niños. Si lo que buscas es un hotel todo incluido Y ADEMAS 5 ESTRELLAS, es que tenga buenos licores y cocteles, pues TE EQUIVOCASTE DE HOTEL, porque todos los licores a excepcion de la cerveza y un poco el vino tinto, TODO ES TERRIBLEMENTE FEO. Todo , gin , vodka, tequila, vinos, champagne, y hasta whisky es TURCO, hasta EL RON! jajaja, pero no importa si es Turco el problema es que era horrible. Por mas ganas que tenian los barman de servirte algo bueno , no había, y no podían. Asi que si lo que estas buscando es tomar toda la noche, porque es TODO INCLUIDO y tienes buen gusto en cocteles y tragos NO VAYAS. Porque al igual que yo no vas a tomar casi nada. Por otro lado , algo que tampoco me gusto fue que la piscina , cerraba a las 7 pm , para un verano en el cual tienes casi 40 grados y a las 7 pm, aun parece las 3pm , seria genial poder seguir deleitándonos de la piscina pero no ... estaba prohibido. Por otro lado si por estar en un hotel 5 estrellas piensas que la playa es la mejor? pues te equivocaste, este hotel TIENE LA PEOR PLAYA. Si me preguntas si volvería , o le aconsejaría a alguien ir? pues mi respuesta sería un rotundo NO.

  Re booked covid holiday

  I am not a wordsmith so straight to the detail. Covid precautions put the UK to shame. Probably the cleanest resort I have ever been to, and this is my 20 something visit to Turkey. We upgraded to a sea view room, that is a must. Drinks waiters on roller blades to cut down on the waiting time is genius. I even had a very nice member of staff clean my sun glasses today . The daily cocktails at the pool bar, the choice of drink and the friendly efficient service can not be faulted. Food, if any anyone has any complaints then they must be the type of people that think McDonald's is the height of culinary excellence, the choice each evening has been varied and excellent. The beach bar should be high on anyones agenda, fresh bbq'd meat and fish with fresh salads that make your mouth water. Room - when we arrived we had an inland view, despite that the room itself was better than some 4/5star hotels I have stayed in the UK. Upgraded to a sea view and was not disappointed. Staff - quite simply the only word I can use is awesome. Other stuff - Spa is well worth a visit, between the 4 of us we have had 8 treatments, from massages to facials and would thoroughly recommend. Local area - you might be all inclusive but outside are some great bars and a short taxi ride (about 9 quid) is the old town in Side. You have to go. Have eaten at the Aphrodite twice (see separate review) and it is brilliant, great staff and if u can get a bigger fillet steak for less at home then good luck to you. So to summarise, my overriding impression of this place and the surrounding area is.... incredible.

  Nice break away from covid

  Just returned from this beautiful hotel after many holiday cancellations. Nice easy transfer and was first off the coach. Met by lovely staff who checked us in online away from the reception. Sanitising stations throughout the hotel and it was spotlessly clean. Our room was modern with flat screen TV however all channels except CNN were in German. The balcony was tiny but overlooked the massive pools. Our room was cleaned daily. Outside there were no bars or restaurants to visit only clothes shops all selling the same snides, they are good copies to be fair. We thought we were staying antalya, that was a 2 hr drive and 3 buses away. You can get a dolmus to Side town which has more to see and a short journey away which we enjoyed. Now for the negative, the food, we really struggled and ate at the restaurant by the beach because inside the main restaurant you are served due to covid, not many staff understand English as this is a German hotel with German speaking staff, no English breakfast on offer and you have to ask, I felt like Olivier twist asking for more beans after being given a child spoonful for breakfast. It got worse so only ate there in the evening. There's an s la carte restaurant you can use once a week if you want something different. The drinks were all branded and good measures served by friendly staff who worked tirelessly round the clock. We only stayed a week and enjoyed the rest from the chaos back home. Apart from the food and location it was lovely and would definitely recommend a visit

  Lovely

  Stayed at the Kirman Sidemarin in September. The hotel is amazing, staff are friendly. The food is not brilliant in the hotel but the beach bbq is very nice. We found a lovely restaurant called Buffalo stakehouse and bar, would definitely recommend it. I will definitely return to this area of Turkey again.

  What's not to like?

  Last minute swop due to covid but what a great surprise. Everything about this resort is wonderful. The one or two niggles are too petty to mention as this was the most wonderful holiday. It's the best all inclusive I've ever been to, Loved the jetty over the sea from the beach and spent most days there and always found a sunbed. You get served watermelon, icecream and drinks without having to leave your lounger. So much choice at every meal time, especially liked lunch at the beach restaurant. Kebabs, meat , fish and traditional flatbeds cooked inf front of you. The hotel lounges, bars and atrium are so plush and beautifully furnished. We decided to upgrade to a sea view and a much bigger room with a dressing room and seating area whihc had a good sized balcony and loved our room. The furnishings and huge walk in shower were all great. The staff are superb, it really feels like everyone of them wants you to have the very best experience. You'll never have an empty glass. The Turkish night in the restaurant and the entertainment was a bonus. The covid measures were reassuring. Bonus is a bus stop close by which gets you into the centre of Side within 10 minutes. Also cheap trips to The Green Canyon and The Green River which are both not to be missed. I would 100% return to this amazing hotel.
