  Nice hotel

  The addressed confused me at the beginning (they changed the address but in booking.com, the address was the old one and no one informed me abt this), I was a little bit unhappy about this but when I arrived the hotel, e'ry thing was nice. The hotel was on a hill-top, with many flower,you can walk along a nice and peaceful path infront of the hotel to enjoy the freshair. The buffet breakfast just nice but the fruit was not so fresh, I love the balcony in the early sunlight.

  Do not stay here. Terrible

  1 star on offer as no 0 star available. No words describe the overall lack of care. Rude receptionist, we asked them the price and they were a lot dearer than advertised on hotels.com We showed them what they were advertising and they did not believe us. So we booked it on line at reception. They still didn't believe us that we booked it. And told us to go away!!! What a lovely greeting to get!! The restaurant is terrible, took 20 mins and we still didn't get our order in so we left. Building work started at 7am with drilling and hammering up stairs! The breakfast was shameful! We asked to stay one more night, as we just wanted a bed to sleep on. Bear in mind they have a lot of rooms and the hotel was absolutely empty. The said they are fully booked!!!!!! Funny that, and no longer on hotels.com or booking.com as available. Again what a coincidence!!!!!!! The only good thing was the nice security guard who kept our bikes secure. Pity he wasn't running the place. Go somewhere else is my advise.

  Beautiful stay

  Had a very relaxing stay, staff very helpful my room was spotlessly clean and very spacious, I recommend one of the villa rooms they were in a French colonial style and very charming and I'll be back here when I come to Vietnam again

  Dependability

  The hotel room itself was clean and tidy with most amenities available except for a microwave. I arrived with another family which stayed in other rooms which were less tidy with a large stain on the wall. Food was better than average but you must arrive early to get the best pick of food. There is both western and Asian influence to pick from. The staff and service were accomodating but the main problem was the large noise pollution on the bottom floor at karaoke. The hotel hosts party's which result in a lot of noise especially if you are situated on the first floor.

  Ok hotel

  I stayed this hotel twice with my colleagues in company for outing trip. The prices values for its services, staff not very friendly, breakfast is poor and not change everyday. The rooms is nice, bad wifi, I like the green tea in room. Love the garden with beautiful flower.
