  IN NEED OF MAJOR REFURBISHMENT!!!

  Just spent one month at the LK Legend, Plus points the swimming pool great size and clean thats the end of the plus points. Negative points now were do I begin firstly the rooms they are in need of a refurbishment. Fan in room didnt work engineer arrived to fix it only to be told not work Internet very poor always having to long in. Kitchen sink leaking. Tiling in shower very mouldy and a damp and musty smell in room. As other reviews state this hotel is too far out and you need some form of transport yes you can walk but you have to walk pass packs of dogs and dodge The squashed rats on the road. In my option having stayed in hundreds of different hotels the price you pay does not reflect the standard of room you receive there are far better places to stay and cheaper.

  Nice hotel in quite area but in the center at the same time. Have large swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, gym, restaurant. Given 3 star because very often noise from tourist buss. There are restaurants, shops, bars near by.

  LACK OF SERVICE FROM HOTEL MEMBER

  i'm actually residing at LK Legend check in 2 days ago and I can say that the team at the reception was fair. the room is good and spacious . Day 2 we went for breakfast ask for cheese and yoghurt they say they dont have and they will check if we can have it for next day but yoghurt you will need to buy at the shop, some are them seem to be more interested to be on their mobile phone than to look after their guest.( unprofessional; attitude). ask for an iron in the afternoon they told me they dont have it in hotel its the 1st time i got an answer like this. Day 3 today when to the restaurant they bring 3 slice of cheese, but yoghurt I buy in the near by shop. the worst to come is when i when to the reception asking to give a phone call for a transfer as the phone in the room is not working since day 1 and they are aware about it ,instead of being empathy the girl at the reception told me that they don't have phone in the hotel that I need to go outside to that i need outside to search a public phone. and they do have one at the reception as yesterday one of the team was on the phone. as a guest i was very upset and angry with such a bad service and unprofessional manner of that person. i've stayed in different Resorts /Hotels in various place from 2* to 5* and i have never got such a bad service and even when ask for a manager it seem he is not around

  Nice hotel

  Good hotel in pattaya city,little away from traffic and crowdy walking street,pool very good,rooms r very spacious and hotel status co-operative too.. You can stay here with your family without any hesitation.

  Excellent Stay

  We stayed at this hotel for 4 weeks between 23th January and 19th February 2020. We enjoyed our stay tremendously in particular the big swimming pool,clean surroundings,happy efficient working staff. The room was big,clean, quiet, and a good working air conditioning unit. The biggest advantage is that it's well away from all the noise of the busy tourist's street's in Pattaya, making it a clean quiet place to rest. We would return to this hotel again.
