  Una fantástica estancia

  Me he hospedado en LK Metropole, entre el 15 y el 23 de junio para pasar 8 noches con mis cinco amigos y disfrutamos plenamente de nuestra estancia. Precio razonable (pagué 30 euros excluyendo el desayuno), limpio, personal amable (Tony y Buk del vestíbulo siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudar), fantástica ubicación (a un paseo de todo incluyendo las calles peatonales)... ¡que más se puede pedir! Se lo recomiendo a todos los viajeros solteros... quizás no sea apropiado para familias.

  Avoid at all costs

  Despite cancelling the booking 3 weeks before the hotel saw fit to help themselves to £60 from my credit card as a so called "No show" fee, even though the policy was a free cancellation up to 2 days before, when Booking.com were approached about this they claimed I had created a second account and the cancellation was only done on one and not the other which I fail to see how that was even possible without being aware in the first place, I would urge people not to stay with these thieves and don't expect Booking.com to go into bat for you, who seem more interested in looking after the Hotels interests rather than long term regular customers who have now used their services for the last time.

  Great Location, Fantastic Rooms and Service

  Had a suite for around £50 a night. Immaculately presented, great furniture. Separate Air-con in bedroom and living area. The pool is a great area to sit and bake if youre into that. The room was quiet, despite the hotel being central to the great LK Metro nightlife. The hotel is girl friendly, and there is no shortage of great bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk radius to explore. Friendly staff, who will arrange your pick-up and drop-off for a reasonable price. Laundry service efficient and at reasonable rates. Soi six and walking street a short motorbike taxi ride away. My go-to hotel for Pattaya now.

  Huge 2 bedroom suite

  Centrally located hotel huge huge bedroom and drawing room .. ample of space .. hotel is close to all bars .. 24 hr subway next door .. decent and helpful staff which is very unlikely in Pattaya .. there is no 24 hr restaurant in the hotel so no room service .. but the kitchen is v well equipped you can go n buy any eateries from any seven eleven stores ... swimming pool is decent .. went with my wife n 2 boys 14 & 11 yrs old .. all of us had a v satisfying stay .. recommended

  Not a bad hotel.

  Stayed here for 4 nights in late January 2021. I got a really cheap deal so I cant complain about this hotel. It was really quiet there, I think only about 10% of the rooms were occupied at the time of my visit. It's in need of refurbishment and now would be the perfect time to spend money on this building. There are only small issues to be tackled and this would return this hotel to its former glory... The staff were very pleasant and courteous and it's in the perfect location for all that Pattaya has to offer. I would definitely stay here again and would love to see the few issues mentioned above sorted...
