  Excellent Location, Very good hotel though a bit overpriced

  Had a very good stay at LK The Empress for 6 nights. The hotel is located right at the heart of Beach Road and is walking distance from Walking Street, Soi LK Metro etc, in short it's close to all the hot spots in Pattaya. The rooms are comfortable, bathroom is clean and housekeeping is prompt and attentive to your needs. However, the cost you pay for the hotel is a little on the higher side. I have paid half the cost for other properties of LK in Pattaya and had the same experience. I guess the price here is also for the location of the hotel. The breakfast was tasty although it was repetitive every day and got really boring by the end of the trip. All in all, my stay was good but it would have been even better if the cost wasn't so high. Having said that I will still recommend this hotel to all just for it's location.

  Bliss

  Excellent location, right across the street from the beach and easy walk to restaurants and shopping. I was able to get a screaming deal for my room so didn't mind they were on the smaller side. The reception was beautiful and the staff extremely helpful. Pool was adequate.

  Very good service of the Philippine lady in the front desk she's very helpful.

  Near to everything, Good breakfast, Good service very helpful staff Good point to the hotel that you have this kind of staff helpful with the booking problems and in the room problems.To The management of Lk We will surely come back next year. God bless you and your staff's.

  My 1st time anywhere in Thailand . LK chosen from Booking .com so only pics / photos to go on . Couldn t have selected better . Fabulous place . Great location with every facility nearby . Big room , TV , mini bar , fab bathroom with full shower cubicle & large bath . All toiletries supplied . Small balcony with street view . If you want a seafront view or poolside you pay a wee bit more . I ll do this next time now I ve seen the layout . Restaurant on site , European , Italian & Thai . Great food ! But beware of the service charge ! 10%! I prefer just to tip so once I realised I only ate there 2/3 times . Breakfast was included & this was as good . Full Thai buffet style with loads to choose from inc rice & noodles , all cereals , bread , toast croissants etc cheeses , ham s etc . If you want a traditional cooked you just order from eggs ( any style ie omelette , scrambled or fried ) sausage & bacon . Pool on 7th floor ( towels & sun beds supplied ) . Great ! Fitness room if you want but I didn t use . No pool bar but you can order or I just brought mine from on site Family Mart . Family mart attached to Hotel open 24 hr for any necessities you may need . ! Staff were 1st class ....especially loved my room maids ...they were magic ! Short walk to beach (2 mins ) laundry etc . Walking Street ....10 mins walk . Excellent stay 13th -22nd March 2020 .

  Very nice hotel.

  Just had a great stay @ LK the Empress. Very good location right on the beach and close to shopping malls and nightlife. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Nice enough buffet breakfast wit( lots of choice - just on thing missing for me, I do like bacon with my breakfast. The rooms are very big and nice comfortable beds. We had a jacuzzi bathroom and it was a nice little extra. I will choose a sea view room with balcony next time where you can enjoy an early coffee or late night drink and watch the beach road below. I will certainly book again and can recommend.
