  Most charming and intimate and detail to personal needs

  Excellent service Continental breakfast, fresh fruits, croissants, cheese and especially Americano's Room quaint, completely renovated with old Roman style, bathroom large, shower space excellent In town, local shops and eateries Wonderful, kind, receptive and accommodating staff. Extremely helpful, never experienced such amazing service and immediate action. Personal shuttle service to subway, subway ride to Rome and other surrounding towns

  Avoid at all costs

  Recommended as a 'boutique' hotel....it was more a miserable hotel!! No Air Conditioning!!!! Front desk staff lied about it for hours..that 'they would reset it,' 'that is was working', 'be patient'...etc. This went on for 6 hours until we finally wised up that we had been scammed. No screens on the windows, so opening them is also a mistake, unless you enjoy mosquitoes and gnats....100's of gnats! It was too hot to get any sleep on the cheap sandpaper sheets, and the room was even warmer in the morning as the sun came up. There is also no work station if you happen to on a business trip, like us, except sitting on the bed. There was not even a trash can in the room.

  Beautiful boutique hotel in a lovely area.

  We only stayed for one night at the end of our seven week holiday before flying out the next day. What we found was a charming boutique hotel in a lovely little area of Rome. We couldn't fault anything it was just perfect and the staff were so attentive and helpful.The room was on the smaller size but it is what you expect in a boutique hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and had a beautiful little balcony opening up to the street. I have to make mention of the beautiful linens on the bed and the generous fluffy towels in the bathroom after the previous reviewer's comments. It is hard to understand as the linens were beautiful and well above what you would normally expect. We had dinner at the Taverna dello Spuntino which is the restaurant attached to the hotel. The service, food and wine were all fabulous, the staff really made our last night in Italy very special. They even let us have a look through the cellar beneath the restaurant in what is a three hundred old building. We would have loved to have stayed longer and would definitely stay again. All round a great experience.

  Gorgeous hotel

  This small hotel is delightful all round. The rooms are lovely, the decor refined, and the service very good. The restaurant next door is outstanding (you cant go past the saltimbocca), and the breakfast is exquisite.

  A Lovely Boutique Hotel Just Outside Rome

  I found the Locanda dello Spuntino Hotel to quite charming and lovely. Though there are only 10 rooms, each room is uniquely designed with great taste. I found the team to be very helpful and cared for the customer who was staying with them. Try it out!
