  Unpleasant stay

  I have been in Agriturismo L'unicorno for a two day business event in which we should have attended some presentations via internet during the day, and then relax and do some team building activities by night. Unfortunately I must say that I am very disappointed by the inadequate service offered and by the poor level of courtesy. Meeting room set up and internet connection Since we had our meeting at 10.30 some of us arrived around 9.30, before the check in time (being at 10) to set up the projector, but we have not been let in until the check in time, not in the reception, not in the hall, and not even inside the inside the gate, we have basically been let outside waiting. Once inside, we discovered the internet connection was completely unstable and there is no mobile signal. Finally after postponing the presentation we had to completely cancel it. Night activities Dinner is at (and only at) 19, the gates are closed at 23 o clock and the keys of the gate are not provided. When we asked for an exception we were said this is written in the "general conditions" of the rental contract and no exception was possible, if we would have been outside after 23, we would not have been let back in. We have been basically forbidden to go out at night. Since there is no bar service after dinner, we then bought some drinks and stored everything in the kitchen of one of the rooms, which was at our disposal, and after having dinner at the hotel's restaurant we went to a porch away from the main villa and played table games. At midnight the landlord came in the porch and accused us to be "indecent" for having brought drinks from outside and asked us rudely to stop our activities and go to our rooms, or otherwise he would have locked us out. I must say this has been disgraceful and we had nothing else to do but go to our rooms and sleep. Not exactly what we had in mind considering we booked 8 out of 10 rooms and the considerable price per room/night. Rooms The rooms and the common areas are esthetically pleasing, but not very functional: - as said above, internet connection unstable - air conditioning is either not available or not working, luckily the thermal inertia of the big walls prevents the temperature to go up too much, but the temperature set in the thermostat does not make any difference - in some of the rooms there is either no fridge, no bidet or the window of the bathrooms is faced to the common areas (stairs)

  Fantastic experience

  First time we stayed in an agriturismo. Great experience and an exceptional place to relax. Very clean and top class renovated. The rooms have themes and the decoration is perfect to every detail. You can tell the owner likes what he is doing. The evening meals are freshly cooked and very tasty. Breakfast and dinner is served outside under archades. Special place we will come back to.

  Lovely place nearby the Lago di Garda

  If you search for a lovely place close to the lake, beautifull and individual rooms, delicious breakfast and diner (local produced!!!!), great services, possibilities for Golf & Biking nearby, then stay at the LUnicorno! Gabriella & Corrado realised their vision of a pure Agriturismo on a very high level! We spend as family (2 adults & 1 boy / age of 14) another one week at the LUnicorno. We played golf at the Arzaga Golf Resort and made some bike tours to the lake. We loved afterwards the pool at the Agriturismo to refresh for the diners. BTW: Dont try the excellent wine.... makes you happy Do we wanna come back to Bedizzole? Definately yes!!!

  Wonderful three night stay!

  We booked Agriturismo LUnicorno the morning we arrived after leaving a terrible hotel we had booked on the lake in Sirmione! We wished we had booked LUnicorno from the beginning!! The property was beautiful and Corrado was an incredibly welcoming host. We spent the mornings exploring the lake and nearby towns and the afternoons lying by the lovely pool on the huge sunbeds. The themed rooms (we had Le Petit Prince) were comfortable and very cool in the heat and the food was AMAZING! A farmhouse breakfast with meats, cheeses, tarts, fruit and eggs and then the option of a four course traditional meal in the evening for 49, plus wine from the onsite vineyards. The homemade egg pasta (with eggs from the farm) with local mushrooms was amazing :) One evening we went to the lake for dinner - a 15 minute drive. We will definitely recommend Unicorno to our friends - we felt so relaxed here and slept very well. Do bring mosquito spray though - I was bitten quite a bit.

  Superb!

  Faultless, this was our third visit and we cannot wait to return. Exceptional hospitality by Corrado and absolutely delicious meals created by Anna Maria. Our every need was catered for. Each room is unique and spotlessly clean. Unicorno is an exceptional place to stay for a relaxing break. Thank you Corrado and Gabriella. Tina and Francis Mckee
