  Family Visit

  First off, I have strong family roots in Tuguegarao and although most of my older folks are mostly gone, I still make sure that I return to the place where I have countless memories of summer vacations when I was young. This place is no longer the place to reminisce hot summer nights when we go joy riding on a kalesa or cool off under a canopy of a huge tree that bears those small green sour fruits (sorry, cant remember the Ybanag term for that fruit). Progress which Im NOT against, is very palpable in this area and I could hardly remember a street corner to the next but I still LOVE the place! I also see to it that I visit Our Lady of Piat which is the patron saint of the Cagayan Valley, whenever I have a chance. In short, my connection to this place remains very strong! Well, to review this place, I have no qualms staying in this place! The place where we stayed (I reserved 4 rooms actually for my family) is clean with all the amenities expected albeit minimal. Courteous staff from the front desk, to the doorman, to the restaurant server, to the bell service- I cant say enough good things about them! For those people who disparage this place and expecting more, sometimes you have to lower your expectations when youre staying in a place that doesnt meet your standards because I always do to avoid disappointment! I have stayed in 5 star hotels for the most part of my travels here and in the U.S.A., where Ive lived and raised a family for a good part of 40 years and I have ALWAYS adapted myself (very well actually) to places and situations that I stayed at! To me, what matters most is a clean place and a good bathroom as well as the people that make ones stay up to par, and this place has it with no complaints, thus I give this a 5 star! In parting, Id like to thank everyone in this place for a memorable stay however short. I will definitely come back and stay in your hotel till my next visit! THANK YOU!

  A Stop to Mango Suites

  Very good accomodation! The staff are courteous and always available when needed.Room and CR are clean.Foods are tasty.WiFi signal is ok. The view also is great.I recommnend travelers to stop by the Hotel and experience the Mango Stay

  Simple but classy

  This hotel is one of the best hotel that I've been. Located at the center of the city, I consider it classy but affordable. The food are tasty, and the staff are very accommodating. The hotel doesn't have a lift, though, so it is quite a discomfort for older guests. Hoping that the hotel can have one in the future.

  A bit disappointed

  Their room is small but Ok. They have no lift. The resto is very small. When we enter our room it is very smelly especially the toilet. I am still recommending this because it is very cheap. Hope that the management will do something to make their toilet smells good.

  Welcoming and helpful

  We stayed one night due to business trip. Despite the Covid19 restrictions and regulations, which they implemented correctly, the staff were very good. Due to a malfunctioning air con and then a room without a fridge we actually changed room 3 times on arrival, all without a fuss. For the price we paid it was fine - lots of TV channels, strong shower with plenty of hot water and fast internet. Comfortable bed with quality bedding. We were on the front over the road but due to double glazing you did not hear the traffic - it is on a very busy junction. We didn't try the restaurant. Parking is limited and a bit of a challenge but the guard helps out.
