  Big Hotel Small Hospitality

  My Trip to Jakarta is for wedding ceremony my old staff... Years ago i remember for my stay @kuningan, manhattan hotel But.. so poor I go to our room, smell is not good. Ziper, towel etc just one pcs Call our housekeeping so long to come.. Pool with great view but so dirty around there... with sullen staff in frontdesk.. huft Thanks god, ur bfast help us.. Completed menu asian and western.. So, if u want to stay maybe i'll try westin or luwansa hotel near kuningan... Sorry...

  I lost my luggage Tag

  I come early to the hotel so I put my luggage at front desk as the room is not ready yet, in the evening I come back to the hotel and after check-in I took my luggage but I guess somebody took my luggage tag (it was my fav. luggage tag) I report to front desk and guest service but they seems don't care, no empathy. Front Desk ladies has no smile, need to be genuine in welcoming guest and more smile.

  Not Great!

  This was our final stop in Asia and the hotel let it down. We stayed in a Venus Suite room but by no means was it up to the standard of basic rooms in other hotels. The pros: Bathtub with amazing views of the city. Great views of the city from the corner room. Nice but expensive restaurants on site. Extremely friendly staff. Good location. The Cons: The Venus Suite is definitely not up to the standard of suites at other hotels, you're basically paying for the view only. The shower head was so tiny it would take hours to shower. The water in the taps came out so slow. The TV reception was not good especially as we were on the 30th floor. The bed was so low I had trouble getting out of it and the mattress was extremely springy, the duvet barely covered the bed! The prices for drinks from the bars and minibar were extremely expensive. The food at breakfast was cold and the tea tasted off. I would not stay here again!

  Stayed her about 2 years ago and it has not improved from room and food point of view. Shower head not working in room on was able to take a bath. No coffee creamer offered in the room which seems a small issue but to me it's the difference between being contented and feeling as I'd no care is being taken. Secondly breakfast was the same only cold stoge being offered example cold day old pasta in tomato sauce which had dried up over cooked chicken Katuz, eggs I ordered were over cooked the toaster was so old it could have been an antique as it took 5 goes to get some colour on my toast all in all not impressed at all room are aging now although the views were amazing from the windows from the hotel room.

  Very good

  Alll good hotel. Recommend for staycation with panoramic bathroom. And for the rate very good value. Near from shopping mall kuningan. Near from embassy of malaysia. Good location Room clean, breakfast very good. Staycation !!!!
