  Excelente atención

  Pasé en este hotel una semana por una reunión profesional que se llevó a cabo en sus instalaciones. La construcción de corte clásico es muy vistosa, sus habitaciones son suficiente espacio para poder trabajar. Tiene un gimnasio muy bien equipado y piscina para esparcimiento. Se encuentra en una zona rodeada de bosques y es posible salir a correr en las zonas circundantes. Está cerca del Aeropuerto Washington Dulles y del Museo Smithsonian del AIre y el Espacio Udvar-Hazy, que tiene una muestra muy interesante para los amantes de la ciencia, tecnología e historia aeronáutica.

  Great Loss Prevention Office

  We stayed at the Westfields Marriott in February travelling on business. When we got home we realized we left some items in the room. After calling and speaking with Christine Lacy we were happy to learn she had the items and she shipped them to us immediately. Christine was extremely professional and friendly and a pleasure to speak to. Thank you Christine and the Westfields Marriott for having such a gem as your Lead Loss Prevention Officer!

  Westfields Marriott- Big Wedding Miss

  We were booked for a wedding ( hotel - not the venue) in April and then October when wedding was rescheduled. Marriott actually has 2 weddings in the hotel this weekend and has know it for months and months. So we were very disappointed to find out - on arrival, the the hotel was a ghost town. Not one place to eat- nothing. Bar closed. No room service. They couldnt even provide coffee in the morning to its 100 guests. This is completely unacceptable and totally profit driven. With 7 months to prepare for a wedding weekend you took complete advantage of current times to provide a unacceptable - and quite miserable experience. Part of the wedding weekend is connecting with family and friends around cocktails. The fact that Marriott did t give us enough notice to make other plans is really unconscionable. The staff was nice - and seemed contrite. We get that this decision was made at a higher level. The Marriott Bonvoy brand has really gone down market ( we live in a Bobvoy residence in Dubai so we know. Any hotel that would host weddings without one place to eat or drink does not deserve our business. **. Oh. I was told I could purchase cold drinks at a kiosk off the lobby. Real classy. We are done with Marriott. What an embarrassment to the people hosting this wedding. Shame on Marriott.

  Pet Fee is $150!

  After a number of unsatisfactory factors, the last insult was the $150 pet fee I was hit with when I checked out. That is their standard fee, not raised because my dog made a mess or damaged anything (she did not). We will never stay at Marriott again with our dog. Other unsatisfactory things -- the mini-fridge in the room lives up to the name "mini"! It is a 12 inch cube! And it wasn't even cold. I added small bags of ice from the ice machine to keep our milk and juice cold. There is NO MICROWAVE in the room, which is a real pain because they have closed their restaurant due to COVID and you just want to heat up something you brought to eat. Finally, the "coffee maker" is not much better than an easy-bake oven. It is very small and the coffee packets they give you (forget bringing your Keuring pods, they won't fit) make fairly tasteless coffee. I wanted to give this hotel high ratings because it is really beautiful and the grounds are kept very nicely. But there were so many disappointments that I could not.

  Amazing, Amazing employees. Immaculate exquisite calm quiet lovely. Courtyard very relaxing felt extremely welcoming from pickup area to leave . I love my husband so much and I thank every single person whom exceedingly gave their all. During a snow -sleet fall as my husband was arriving to park they Motel Van was waiting . Taylor Family
