UnfriendlyBefore taking our daughter to the airport we checked into this hotel. Management and staff were extremely suspicious about that 'third person' accompanying us. (She never got out of the car) We were ordered to not let her near our room and upon our return to the hotel later that evening our car was inspected by the night shift for any 'stowaway guests'. We are of respectable appearance and in no way did we cause any problems. They are very unfriendly and paranoid people and for that reason I would strongly recommend to look for alternative accommodation. The rooms are ok, a bit stuffy as the air con didn't work, the shower & bath was brand new but not very good and there were swarms of mosquitoes coming in through the door. Breakfast ok.

Average hotelThis is an average hotel, close to Linate but there isnt much else they offer. The service was average. The staff wasnt very friendly and some refused to even try to understand our English. The heat in the room could not be adjusted because they controlled it. The safe did not work. There is a restaurant but in reality it is just a reheat service. This could be an issue if you plan to stay more than one night, as there isnt much close by in the way of restaurants. The taxi ride to the Duomo area is 35-45 Euro. We would book elsewhere if we were in the area again.

Overpriced hotel in the middle of nowhereThe quality and the experience of the hotel did not live up to the price that I paid! The room itself was quite large but a bit dated. The bathroom was bright and clean with a jacuzzi made for at least two people (hope this is cleaned thoroughly between guests). However, the corridors were dark and the reception had definitely seen better days. Also, the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. I booked it because I was arriving at Linate Airport late at night. After arriving I learned that the hotel shuttle only operates between 8 am and 5 pm. So I had to take a taxi instead, which cost 20 euros. For anyone looking for a place to stay near Linate Airport I think that there are far better options. My booking didn't include breakfast, but considering the price it should have. I was happy to leave the morning after my overnight stay.

Cycling trip in EuropeThe hotel is VERY difficult to reach using public transportation. And the shuttle service isn't always available. Even when calling before the end time, I was told the service isn't available (It took me around 4 hours to get to the hotel from Milan MXP airport). Also, most of the staff don't understand English very well. And don't even speak it.
