  Very strategic for my business travel

  This hotel satisfied my requirements. For the price, it was pleasant and clean as well. It's also within an affluent neighborhood with good shopping centers nearby although if you're hungry at night then you would need to lower your expectations. For me it was fine as my concern was cleanliness and location. Would recommend this hotel..

  Have stayed here a few times with my family. Great choice for business travelers too. Convenient location closeby to Subang Airport. Simple clean rooms and friendly service. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

  Great simple hotel on a budget

  We stayed here for 2 nights on business as it was convenient for us in location. Parking is provided and you may collect a complimentary parking coupon if you're driving. If you don't drive, the hotel may contact a cab service for you or you may easily get an Uber. There's also a bus service that connects you to the Kelana Jaya LRT station nearby. The standard room we got was average but clean. There was plenty of space to put our bags and chill comfortably. But the bathroom was lower than average as there was no separation between the shower and the toilet making the whole bathroom floor wet and slippery after showers. Heater is provided so no worries on getting cold showers. The aircond in the room was perfectly cooling and it didn't take long for the room to become cold. The staff at the lobby was super nice and friendly. They even provided us an ironing set to iron our clothes. They were there to greet us even when we returned to the hotel rather late from meetings. No complaints about them as they were very accommodating to us. Overall, I would say this hotel is great if you're on a short stay, on a budget and you have your own transport for convenience.

  Excellent venue for birthday party

  Had our daughter's first birthday party there in Jan. The venue was gorgeous and I was blown away by the amazing deco. We had a rainbow theme and the whole hall resonated the theme, right from main stage to even little details like the table centre piece. The staffs were very friendly and the manager Sumi was very pleasant. She was proactive and gave us a clear picture on how the venue is going to be. They had a wide variety of birthday packages to choose from based on our need and budget. Special mention to the clown who kept everyone including the adults engaged. All in all we had an amazing party. Thanks Media Hotel for making the day even more special.

  A quick getaway

  Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room 301 air conditioner did not work very well. They immediately came to see the problem could not fix it so put us in another room all within 15 minutes. The hotel decor is dated but clean and for the price I'm certainly not going to complain.
